{"id":113225,"date":"2020-11-30T15:20:13","date_gmt":"2020-11-30T21:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=113225"},"modified":"2020-11-30T15:20:13","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T21:20:13","slug":"banobras-bonos-sustentables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/banobras-bonos-sustentables\/","title":{"rendered":"Coloca Banobras bonos sustentables por 7,500 mdp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Entre 2017 y 2019, Banobras realiz\u00f3 cinco emisiones en la BMV por un monto de 19,560 mdp, lo que lo convierte en el principal emisor de bonos sostenibles en M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos<\/strong> (Banobras) anunci\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), de nuevos <strong>bonos sustentables<\/strong> por un monto de 7,500 millones de pesos (mdp).<\/p>\n<p>Banobras explic\u00f3 que la emisi\u00f3n se conform\u00f3 por dos tramos bajo las claves de pizarra <strong>BANOB 20X<\/strong> y <strong>BANOB 20-2X<\/strong> a tres y cinco a\u00f1os, respectivamente, bajo un formato de vasos comunicantes.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la emisi\u00f3n fue a una tasa de inter\u00e9s variable y obtuvo calificaciones \u2018<strong>AAA<\/strong>\u2019 por parte de las agencias calificadoras Fitch M\u00e9xico, Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s y Moody\u2019s. Los Intermediarios colocadores fueron Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer, S.A. de C.V.; Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer y Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.<\/p>\n<p>Los recursos se destinar\u00e1n a financiar <strong>proyectos elegibles<\/strong> entre las categor\u00edas de: infraestructura b\u00e1sica, infraestructura de servicios p\u00fablicos, recuperaci\u00f3n de desastres, transporte sostenible, energ\u00eda renovable, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, eficiencia del agua y manejo de aguas residuales, y prevenci\u00f3n y control de la contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos sentimos muy orgullosos de ser parte de este cambio en la estrategia de desarrollo de infraestructura en M\u00e9xico de la mano de <strong>Banobras<\/strong>; favoreciendo aquellos proyectos que contribuyan con la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico y la transformaci\u00f3n social del pa\u00eds. <strong>Banobras<\/strong> ha sido uno de los emisores recurrentes de bonos sostenibles en la <strong>BMV<\/strong>, sentando un precedente no solo para la banca de desarrollo en M\u00e9xico, sino en toda la regi\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Jos\u00e9-Oriol Bosch<\/strong>, <strong>director general del Grupo BMV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banobras<\/strong> ha colocado bonos sustentables a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>BMV<\/strong> desde 2017;
