Asimismo, en t\u00e9rminos inmobiliarios, la entidad ha mantenido un crecimiento constante de desarrollos en su mayor\u00eda verticales.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, la sociedad regiomontana ha buscado tener calidad mundial, confort y plusval\u00eda, elementos que se reflejan en la demanda de desarrollos verticales que cubren la principal necesidad de habitar m\u00e1s cerca de d\u00f3nde trabajan, estudian, se divierten o van de compras.<\/p>\n<p>Es por lo anterior que la ubicaci\u00f3n es uno de los valores agregados que ofrecen los diversos complejos verticales al evitar los problemas de movilidad y mejorar la calidad de vida y funcionalidad al ubicarse cerca de las principales v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n, los centros educativos, corporativos y parques industriales.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, los regiomontanos demandan cada vez m\u00e1s funcionalidad, conveniencia, amenidades y cercan\u00eda, caracter\u00edsticas presentes en desarrollos verticales de usos mixtos en los que adem\u00e1s de contar con un \u00e1rea residencial, tienen a unos cuantos metros \u00e1reas comerciales, oficinas y espacios p\u00fablicos de convivencia.<\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo de esto es Balzac, desarrollo de usos mixtos con 5 mil m2 de \u00e1reas verdes y m\u00faltiples amenidades con alto valor para el mercado regiomontano. De igual forma, el complejo residencial Lanka, con amenidades \u00fanicas que mantienen contacto con la naturaleza convirti\u00e9ndola un referente de plusval\u00eda en la zona. Desarrollos como los mencionados hacen de Monterey una entidad con proyectos habitacionales en excelentes ubicaciones y con plusval\u00eda garantizada, factores determinantes en la toma de decisiones de los inversionistas en Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Otro factor importante que impulsa la demanda de desarrollos verticales son los <em>Millennials<\/em> que conforme van creciendo, tambi\u00e9n lo hacen profesionalmente, ocupando puestos directivos que les permite un mayor alcance adquisitivo no s\u00f3lo para rentar si no para adquirir inmuebles con las caracter\u00edsticas de espacio y amenidades deseadas.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos oficinales del estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, la entidad genera el 7.3% del PIB Nacional y su PIB per c\u00e1pita es 78% mayor, con respecto a la media nacional.
