{"id":112717,"date":"2020-11-03T10:22:50","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T16:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=112717"},"modified":"2020-11-09T12:29:28","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T18:29:28","slug":"el-panorama-incierto-de-las-oficinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/el-panorama-incierto-de-las-oficinas\/","title":{"rendered":"El panorama incierto de las oficinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Por Jaume Molet P\u00e9rez<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico aunque seguimos en sem\u00e1foro naranja la gente poco a poco se est\u00e1 integrando a sus actividades cotidianas y aunque se ten\u00eda previsto que a partir del mes de octubre las oficinas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico abrieran sus puertas, se inform\u00f3 que la alerta sanitaria continuar\u00e1 por un periodo indefinido.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que gran parte de las empresas p\u00fablicas y privadas de la CDMX se mantendr\u00e1n en casa hasta nuevo aviso, sin embargo es importante comenzar a pensar cu\u00e1l es la manera en que los espacios de trabajo deben adaptarse.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado de renta de oficinas en el pa\u00eds se ha enfrentado a un panorama poco alentador, con una ca\u00edda en la demanda del segmento Corporativo del 43%\u00a0 a nivel nacional, seg\u00fan datos del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/reporte-del-mercado-inmobiliario-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Reporte Inmobiliario 2020<\/a> que desarrollamos en Lamudi.<\/p>\n<p>Las oficinas de coworking fueron quiz\u00e1 las m\u00e1s afectadas por la iniciativa de muchas empresas de hacer que su plantilla trabajara desde casa, seg\u00fan los expertos la construcci\u00f3n de edificios corporativos enfrentar\u00e1 una contracci\u00f3n al menos durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses, hasta que se estabilice la econom\u00eda a nivel global.<\/p>\n<p>Lograr que la gente regrese a las oficinas no es una tarea f\u00e1cil y depender\u00e1 de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda proponer sus soluciones y estas son algunas medidas que se pueden emplear cuando se est\u00e1 tratando de elaborar una estrategia efectiva al regresar a las oficinas y otros lugares de trabajo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificar todas las \u00e1reas y tareas con posible exposici\u00f3n al COVID-19 e incluir medidas de control para eliminar o reducir dichas exposiciones<\/li>\n<li>Los empleados con s\u00edntomas deben notificar a su supervisor y quedarse en casa.<\/li>\n<li>Controles de salud al momento de entrar a la oficina<\/li>\n<li>Redistribuci\u00f3n de espacios<\/li>\n<li>Capacitaci\u00f3n para seguridad en ambiente laboral<\/li>\n<li>Uso de cubrebocas y mascarillas protectoras<\/li>\n<li>Escalonar horarios<\/li>\n<li>Se sugiere que \u00fanicamente regresen quienes tienen actividades esenciales en el centro de trabajo y no puedan trabajar a distancia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las tendencias de coworking tendr\u00e1n que adaptar sus espacios e interacci\u00f3n para ser considerados a ocuparse en la nueva normalidad.
