En el mejor escenario, con luz verde, se esperar\u00eda una ocupaci\u00f3n cercana a 50%<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A mediados de agosto, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo (Sectur) dio a conocer una serie de previsiones sobre <strong>c\u00f3mo cerrar\u00edan los indicadores tur\u00edsticos el 2020<\/strong> seg\u00fan la din\u00e1mica que presentase el sem\u00e1foro epidemiol\u00f3gico en los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En todos los escenarios posibles, el 2020 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o con una caida en la actividad tur\u00edstica y muy puntualmente en la hotelera. Si el sem\u00e1foro transitase a <strong>verde<\/strong>, la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera nacional concluir\u00eda en niveles del 46.9%<\/strong>; de hacerlo en color <strong>amarillo<\/strong>, la ocupaci\u00f3n solo alcanzar\u00eda el <strong>40.7%<\/strong> y, de continuar en sem\u00e1foro <strong>naranja<\/strong>, la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera m\u00e1xima del a\u00f1o ser\u00eda de <strong>32.9 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Sectur abund\u00f3 en que la <strong>llegada de turistas<\/strong> a M\u00e9xico en el 2020 tendr\u00e1 <strong>una ca\u00edda del 55.3% al 57.1%<\/strong>, sea cual sea el escenario; los ingresos por divisas tur\u00edsticas har\u00e1n lo propio con una variaci\u00f3n de -66.4% a -66.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ocupaci\u00f3n semestral se desploma a la mitad en 1S2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la plataforma DataTur, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo report\u00f3 que en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o (<strong>1S2020<\/strong>), la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera fue del 28.7%<\/strong>, indicador <strong>inferior en un 32.6%<\/strong> al mismo periodo de 2019 (que registr\u00f3 61.3%).<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>llegada de turistas a cuartos de hotel en el 1S2020 pas\u00f3 de 41 millones de hospedados a 19.4 millones<\/strong>. El desglosado indica que <strong>se dejaron de hospedar 15.7 millones de turistas nacionales<\/strong>, que pasaron de 29.4 a 13.7 millones <strong>y 5.9 millones de extranjeros<\/strong>, que pasaron de 11.6 a 5.7 millones.<\/p>\n<p>En el reporte de Ocupaci\u00f3n Hotelera de los 70 destinos principales monitoreados por DataTur m\u00e1s reciente (<strong>al 19 julio<\/strong> de 2020), se encontr\u00f3 un promedio diario de <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n del 27.2%<\/strong>, 34.5 puntos porcentuales por debajo del 61.6% del 2019.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong><u>ocupaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong> <strong>en Centros de Playa se encuentra 39 puntos porcentuales (pp) por debajo de lo registrado en el mismo lapso de 2019<\/strong>. Pas\u00f3 de 69.6% a 30.7%. En el caso de las <strong>Ciudades<\/strong> la ocupaci\u00f3n pas\u00f3 del 54.5% al 24.1%, un <strong>decremento de 30.4<\/strong> puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que en cada centro tur\u00edstico hubo variaciones diferentes, <strong>el mayor descenso fue en la zona de Akumal, Quintana Roo con -54.1 pp<\/strong>. Playacar, Quintana Roo y Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, ocuparon los sitios 2\u00ba y 3\u00ba con -49.4 pp y -45.7 pp, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las ciudades<strong>, la mayor ca\u00edda en la ocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en puntos porcentuales la tuvo <strong>Monterrey, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, con -40.6 pp<\/strong>, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con -38.4 pp y Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Chihuahua con -37.1 puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las perspectivas para el sector hotelero en el cierre de a\u00f1o cambian de acuerdo al avance del sem\u00e1foro epidemiol\u00f3gico.
