Y es que, de acuerdo con<strong> Carlos Mart\u00ednez,<\/strong> director general del Infonavit, al menos <strong>10% de los derechohabientes precalificados<\/strong> para obtener un cr\u00e9dito desea emplear su financiamiento en la <strong>compra de un terreno<\/strong> que se destine a construir vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en la conferencia vespertina desde <strong>Palacio Nacional<\/strong>, el funcionario calific\u00f3 de \u201chist\u00f3rica\u201d la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/10\/14\/amlo-busca-bajar-la-tasa-interes-infonavit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">propuesta de reforma<\/a> enviada por el <strong>Presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong>. Record\u00f3 que con la iniciativa, se establecer\u00eda la opci\u00f3n de usar el cr\u00e9dito para la compra de terrenos. Esto, dijo, permitir\u00eda atender a trabajadores que han sido excluidos al no contar con productos que se apeguen sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Es una reforma hist\u00f3rica<\/strong> en el sentido que <strong>moderniza todas las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito del Instituto<\/strong>. Particularmente, abre la posibilidad de la adquisici\u00f3n de suelo destinado a vivienda. Esto es relevante porque hemos detectado es que al menos el 10% de los trabajadores que hoy est\u00e1n precalificados para un cr\u00e9dito, que son 5 millones los precalificados, quisiera que hubiera esta opci\u00f3n. Entonces, de entrada, ya hay una demanda potencial\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Mart\u00ednez destac\u00f3 la importancia de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/portalcentrourbano\/posts\/3971981669497079\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">impulsar cambios<\/a> que permitan dar m\u00e1s opciones de financiamiento para los trabajadores. En el caso de compra de terreno, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a pesar que hay demanda, hoy por ley, no es posible emplear el cr\u00e9dito para este fin.<\/p>\n<h4>M\u00e1s de dos cr\u00e9ditos<\/h4>\n<p>Por otro lado, el Director General del Infonavit, record\u00f3 que la propuesta de reforma contempla <strong>quitar la restricci\u00f3n<\/strong> al Instituto de entregar <strong>cr\u00e9ditos subsecuentes<\/strong>. Explic\u00f3 que esta medida es muy importante, pues permite que el organismo acompa\u00f1e con financiamiento a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInfonavit s\u00f3lo puede dar un cr\u00e9dito, y el que sigue s\u00f3lo lo puede dar en coparticipaci\u00f3n con la banca (\u2026) La idea es acompa\u00f1ar al trabajador <strong>con financiamiento formal<\/strong>, y que pueda hacer todo el camino: desde que compra el terreno, cuando lo acabe de pagar, que pueda sacar un siguiente cr\u00e9dito para construir, y luego que la termina sacar otro cr\u00e9dito para
