Y es que, este 15 de octubre, <strong>Fovissste<\/strong> arranca el registro de solicitudes de cr\u00e9dito bajo el <strong>Sistema de Puntaje para 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el organismo, los interesados tendr\u00e1n hasta el <strong>5 de noviembre a las 18:00 horas<\/strong> para inscribir su solicitud de cr\u00e9dito. En total, se espera que el organismo otorgue <strong>31,780 cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales<\/strong> bajo el Sistema de Puntaje 2021.<\/p>\n<p>El Fovissste inform\u00f3 que el<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/09\/25\/fovissste-liberara-en-noviembre-los-primeros-15000-creditos-de-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">19 de noviembre<\/a> se publicar\u00e1n los resultados del procedimiento<\/strong>. Este mismo d\u00eda, apunt\u00f3, se liberar\u00e1n los primeros 15,000 cr\u00e9ditos del programa 2021.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el sistema de puntaje de Fovissste?<\/h4>\n<p>Para que un trabajador del Estado pueda ejercer su derecho al cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda, debe ingresar su solicitud al Fovissste en los periodo establecidos. Cabe recordar que la convocatoria se da cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que concluye el proceso de registro, el Fovissste, a trav\u00e9s del sistema de puntaje, define la<strong> lista de prelaci\u00f3n en la que se ir\u00e1n desplazando los cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>. Dicho en otras palabras, define el orden en el que cada trabajador inscrito podr\u00e1 ejercer su cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>Esta lista <strong>se define en relaci\u00f3n a diversos criterios<\/strong>, entre ellos, los bimestres cotizados, la edad, los ingresos y el ahorro del trabajador. Al respecto, para este a\u00f1o, se entregar\u00e1n puntos adicionales a trabajadores del sector salud, m\u00e9dicos y polic\u00edas, as\u00ed como aquellos que ganen menos de 2.8 UMAs al mes.<\/p>\n<h4>Objetivos 2021<\/h4>\n<p>En entrevista previa con <strong>Centro Urbano,<\/strong> el vocal ejecutivo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/133025563392728\/videos\/325487385183656\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para 2021 el Fondo no piensa bajar la guardia. Al contrario, manifest\u00f3, el programa de cr\u00e9dito se incrementa 4% en n\u00famero de financiamientos y 6% en monto.<\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00f3gica, destac\u00f3 que 2021 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o importante para el Fondo. Principalmente, dijo, porque ser\u00e1 el a\u00f1o para consolidar programas como \u201cFovissste para Todos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>La meta para 2021 es clara<\/strong>: consolidar lo que hemos hecho, lo que ya tenemos. Estos dos a\u00f1os han sido la parte creativa, de an\u00e1lisis previo, ver que requiere la gente y a partir de ah\u00ed darle soluciones. Ya hoy tenemos una base muy s\u00f3lida de programas y acciones para hacer efectivo y ahorita lo que corresponde es materializarlos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para 2021, <strong>la meta del Fondo es otorgar hasta 56,472 cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong> bajo diversas modalidades.
