{"id":111750,"date":"2020-09-30T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-30T13:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=111750"},"modified":"2020-09-30T12:10:00","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T17:10:00","slug":"la-digitalizacion-de-la-actividad-economica-lo-que-deja-el-covid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/la-digitalizacion-de-la-actividad-economica-lo-que-deja-el-covid\/","title":{"rendered":"La digitalizaci\u00f3n de la actividad econ\u00f3mica: lo que deja el Covid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>BBVA encontr\u00f3 que la digitalizaci\u00f3n de la actividad econ\u00f3mica creci\u00f3 en rubros como el e-commerce, el home-office y la educaci\u00f3n a distancia<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>BBVA M\u00e9xico realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n sobre los cambios que, si bien se ven\u00edan dando, con la irrupci\u00f3n del Covid-19 aceleraron su paso, en las <strong>actividades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la permanencia de estos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>El cambio fundamental del que hablan se refiere a la digitalizaci\u00f3n, suceso que denominan \u201c<strong>Hacia una econom\u00eda sin contacto<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Econom\u00eda sin contacto<\/h3>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n precis\u00f3 que el concepto de econom\u00eda sin contacto se refiere a actividades que se realizan sin contacto f\u00edsico entre las personas y que con la pandemia se vio fuertemente impulsado.<\/p>\n<p>Entre estas actividades, BBVA se\u00f1al\u00f3 las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incremento de la demanda de servicios de internet<\/li>\n<li>Aumento en el uso de medios de pago sin efectivo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alza relevante en e-commerce<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Crecimiento en la demanda de experiencias digitales<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumento del Home Office<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Incremento de la educaci\u00f3n a distancia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La digitalizaci\u00f3n impulsar\u00e1 al sector inmobiliario industrial<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BBVAResearch\">BBVA<\/a> reconoci\u00f3 que una de las actividades directamente relacionadas con el <strong>sector inmobiliario, el e-commerce<\/strong>, si bien en M\u00e9xico ya tra\u00eda un rezago importante con respecto a su avance en otras naciones, la pandemia de Covid-19 aceler\u00f3 de manera importante sus operaciones en los meses m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos, fen\u00f3meno que permite concluir que \u201chay un importante potencial de crecimiento de este sector a ra\u00edz de la crisis por Covid-19\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Entre abril y junio, continu\u00f3 el informe, las operaciones de <strong>comercio electr\u00f3nico se incrementaron 150%<\/strong>, c\u00f3mo contraparte, el comercio f\u00edsico cay\u00f3 20 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>El Banco indic\u00f3 que, seg\u00fan datos de la OCDE, antes de la pandemia en M\u00e9xico compraban por canales electr\u00f3nicos 24 millones de personas. Los productos que m\u00e1s se compran son ropa, calzado y art\u00edculos deportivos; servicios de telecomunicaciones y entradas a eventos y entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, la <strong>actividad inmobiliaria industrial log\u00edstica se vio altamente demandada<\/strong>, esto se pudo constatar con los informes trimestrales de los Fibras tenedores de espacios destinados a la log\u00edstica y tambi\u00e9n en los informes de los despachos consultores d\u00f3nde se destac\u00f3 el papel resiliente que tuvo este segmento frente a todos los dem\u00e1s
