Entre estas se encuentra:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redise\u00f1o de espacios para garantizar sana distancia<\/li>\n<li>Limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n constante de espacios<\/li>\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n temporal del hotdesk debido al riesgo de contagio<\/li>\n<li>Nueva se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n en espacios comunes para recordar a los usuarios la adopci\u00f3n de nuevas pr\u00e1cticas<\/li>\n<li>Diversificaci\u00f3n de espacios para varios tipos de p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coworking versus home office<\/h3>\n<p>La firma record\u00f3 que la tendencia de realizar trabajo a distancia ven\u00eda al alza, a\u00fan antes de la pandemia. Ya con esta, encontr\u00f3 un auge sin precedentes que permiti\u00f3 a muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas mantener su din\u00e1mica en tiempos de cierre de espacios corporativos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tendencia, se\u00f1alan, obliga a los espacios de Coworking a diversificarse y ofrecer ventajas comparativas reforzadas sobre todo en esta crisis sanitaria. En esa l\u00ednea, CBRE apunt\u00f3 que algunas ventajas son: Versatilidad de espacios y oportunidad de interacci\u00f3n con inquilinos de \u00e1reas comunes, cuesti\u00f3n que facilita de sobremanera el networking.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a n\u00fameros, precis\u00f3 que las tres principales ciudades del pa\u00eds concentran los inmuebles de tipo Coworking de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CDMX: 398,000 m2<\/li>\n<li>Guadalajara: 59,000 m2<\/li>\n<li>Monterrey: 79,000 m2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el crecimiento de mercados emergentes en ciudades al interior de la Rep\u00fablica ha generado que este tipo de inmuebles se extienda en esa misma direcci\u00f3n.
