Y es que, de acuerdo con Macario Schettino, ser\u00eda hasta la segunda mitad de 2021 que la actividad en el pa\u00eds podr\u00eda normalizarse, y hacia 2025, cuando el tama\u00f1o de la econom\u00eda regrese a los niveles observados en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en el segundo d\u00eda de actividades de la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/07\/31\/vivanuncios-celebrara-los-premios-inmobiliarios-de-forma-virtual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cumbre Inmobiliaria InCON 2020<\/a>, evento que organiza Vivanuncios en, el economista habl\u00f3 sobre las perspectivas para el pa\u00eds en el escenario postpandemia. El especialista consider\u00f3 que para 2020, el pa\u00eds tendr\u00e1 una ca\u00edda por arriba de 11%. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que para 2021, en el pa\u00eds apenas se observar\u00eda una recuperaci\u00f3n de entre 2 y 3 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el escenario m\u00e1s realista, caer\u00edamos este a\u00f1o 11%; el promedio de los especialistas dice 10%. El a\u00f1o que entra tendr\u00edamos una recuperaci\u00f3n de 2 o 3%.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo regresa la econom\u00eda mexicana al tama\u00f1o que tuvo en 2018? Seg\u00fan los especialistas, en 2023; el Banxico dice que en 2024; yo digo que hasta 2025. Para cuando termine el sexenio, la econom\u00eda ser\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o como cuando empez\u00f3 el sexenio. Son seis a\u00f1os que se perdieron\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<h4>Escenario postpandemia<\/h4>\n<p>El especialista destac\u00f3 que para los siguientes meses ser\u00e1 muy importante vigilar el avance de la pandemia. Sobre todo, subray\u00f3, resultar\u00e1 trascendental impulsar la realizaci\u00f3n de pruebas, seguimiento y el uso de cubrebocas.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a lo anterior, dijo, si la vacuna queda en el corto plazo, podr\u00edamos ver una normalizaci\u00f3n de las actividades para la segunda mitad de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 hay que hacer de aqu\u00ed para adelante? Pruebas, seguimientos y el uso de cubreboca. Si no lo hacemos, vamos a tener rebrotes y vamos a tener que hacer nuevamente confinamiento y eso es un costo muy alto. Si logramos que las vacunas funcionen, dentro de un a\u00f1o, estaremos empezando a normalizarnos\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Macario Schettino, la recuperaci\u00f3n de M\u00e9xico <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CentroUrbano\/status\/1309135859736813576\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estar\u00e1 muy ligada con lo que suceda en Estados Unidos<\/a>. Ante ello, apunt\u00f3, ser\u00e1 importante analizar lo que pasa con el vecino del norte para tratar de definir planes a futuro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNosotros vamos a tener las mismas dificultades que ellos (Estados Unidos) tienen. Y necesitamos entender eso, para planear mejor qu\u00e9 vamos a hacer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa recuperaci\u00f3n no es un hecho en ninguna parte del mundo. Todo mundo anda entre 20% y 40% por debajo de lo que hac\u00eda en enero. As\u00ed vamos a seguir y va a ser un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, al menos, en el que vamos a estar en estas circunstancias\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h4>Escenario del cierre de a\u00f1o<\/h4>\n<p>Para el especialista, a pesar que hay riesgo de rebrote, no se presentar\u00eda en el pa\u00eds un escenario similar de aislamiento como en el que se dio en marzo. No obstante, aclar\u00f3, el consumo se estancar\u00e1.<br \/>\nAl respecto, explic\u00f3 que de cara al cierre de a\u00f1o se empiezan a sentir los efectos de las medidas tomadas en el segundo trimestre. Esto, dijo, repercutir\u00e1 en que la gente baje su consumo por falta de ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl fen\u00f3meno que estamos viviendo en este momento, entre agosto y septiembre, es la transici\u00f3n a esta recesi\u00f3n que es como arenas movedizas. No se nota de golpe, pero ah\u00ed est\u00e1. Entonces, no hay una recuperaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del consumo porque la gente est\u00e1 empezando a sufrir que perdieron su empleo, parte de su ingreso\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Hacia delante, consider\u00f3, es necesario que el gobierno eval\u00fae el contratar deuda. Dijo que mediante esta acci\u00f3n, se deben impulsar programas espec\u00edficos para detonar la reactivaci\u00f3n de empresas y hogares.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodos hemos propuesto lo mismo: el Presidente debe contratar deuda para, con eso, apoyar a empresas y hogares a que no los golpee tanto la crisis. Y eso es lo que hab\u00eda que hacer en abril, mayo y junio. Y ahora, es contratar deuda para programas espec\u00edficos de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.
