{"id":111075,"date":"2020-09-07T08:21:18","date_gmt":"2020-09-07T13:21:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=111075"},"modified":"2020-09-07T10:27:36","modified_gmt":"2020-09-07T15:27:36","slug":"comprometido-68-5-del-presupuesto-de-inversion-de-la-sct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/comprometido-68-5-del-presupuesto-de-inversion-de-la-sct\/","title":{"rendered":"Comprometido, 68.5% del Presupuesto de Inversi\u00f3n de la SCT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Puertos de la SCT ha erogado la totalidad de sus recursos, Conservaci\u00f3n Carretera y Transporte superan la barrera del 80 por ciento<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SCT_mx\">Comunicaciones y Transportes<\/a> (SCT) dio a conocer el avance que ha tenido la erogaci\u00f3n de recursos en el <strong>Presupuesto de Inversi\u00f3n 2020<\/strong> hasta el 31 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>En este reporte se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, aunque <strong>se ha utilizado el 68.5%<\/strong>, el <strong>100% de los recursos se encuentra comprometido<\/strong>. El 21.5% restante ser\u00e1 para el pago de obras y servicios del \u00faltimo cuatrimestre en curso.<\/p>\n<h3>El desglose de gastos de la SCT<\/h3>\n<p>Comunicaciones y Transportes desglos\u00f3 el avance en el gasto de la dependencia. De menos a m\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Privada (APP) de Desarrollo <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/09\/01\/asi-modernizan-la-infraestructura-de-carreteras-de-mexico\/\">Carretero<\/a><\/strong> registr\u00f3 un avance del <strong>53.7%<\/strong> mientras que el programa de mejora en la <strong>Conectividad Municipal<\/strong> presenta un avance del <strong>57.4 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s se encuentra el avance en APP\u2019s en materia de conservaci\u00f3n con 64.4% de avance; 65.5% en Caminos Rurales y 66.9% en Infraestructura. Por otro lado, los que <strong>superan la barrera del 80%<\/strong> son el <strong>Programa de Conservaci\u00f3n Carretera<\/strong> con gastos del 83.5% y <strong>Transporte<\/strong> con 86.6 por ciento de avance.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>recursos se han erogado en su totalidad<\/strong> en el rubro de <strong>Puertos<\/strong> (Conservaci\u00f3n de Infraestructura Mar\u00edtimo-Portuaria) y en el de <strong>Comunicaciones<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los Estudios de Pre-inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Eficiencia financiera total en puertos y comunicaciones<\/h3>\n<p>La dependencia encargada de la construcci\u00f3n de infraestructura para las comunicaciones y el transporte detall\u00f3 que el <strong>Programa de Inversi\u00f3n tiene una eficiencia financiera del 92.6%<\/strong>, as\u00ed mismo, detall\u00f3 que var\u00eda seg\u00fan la obra de la que se trate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transporte: 81%<\/li>\n<li>Carreteras Federales: 88%<\/li>\n<li>Caminos Rurales: 91%<\/li>\n<li>Conservaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Carretero: 96%<\/li>\n<li>Puertos: 100%<\/li>\n<li>Comunicaciones: 100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puertos de la SCT ha erogado la totalidad de sus
