En ese sentido, realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n sobre los <strong>segmentos mejor parados ante el embate de la pandemia<\/strong> y las secuelas econ\u00f3micas que trajo consigo.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>sector menos afectado fue el industrial<\/strong>; JLL explic\u00f3 que esto se debe a que mientras la pandemia segu\u00eda su curso, se suscitaron <strong>coyunturas geopol\u00edticas<\/strong> que beneficiaron directamente la demanda de espacios industriales en territorio mexicano.<\/p>\n<p>El conflicto comercial EEUU-China provoc\u00f3 la salida de empresas localizadas en China y la consecuente <strong>b\u00fasqueda de espacios en mercados como el mexicano<\/strong>. El <strong>sector log\u00edstico<\/strong> ha sido la expresi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima del exitoso aprovechamiento del confinamiento y la pandemia y el cambio de paradigma en la forma de hacer llegar los bienes satisfactores a cas: el comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>JLL refiri\u00f3 que el sector industrial tiene altas tasas de ocupaci\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s, se encuentran al alza.<\/p>\n<h3>La reinvenci\u00f3n de las oficinas<\/h3>\n<p>En el caso del <strong>sector corporativo<\/strong>, el cierre de oficinas y la implementaci\u00f3n del home office traer\u00e1n cambios importantes hacia adelante. JLL expres\u00f3 que la pandemia encontr\u00f3 bien parado a este segmento, <strong>razonablemente bien capitalizado y no sujeto a cr\u00e9ditos impagables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La firma adelant\u00f3 que ya se maneja el concepto \u201cedificio sano\u201d como una certificaci\u00f3n para edificios con vocaci\u00f3n corporativa en el marco de la nueva normalidad. Los cambios que se esperan en estos edificios son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asistencia a oficinas se alternar\u00e1 con el home office<\/li>\n<li>Redimensionamiento de espacios<\/li>\n<li>Renegociaci\u00f3n de
