{"id":110153,"date":"2020-08-06T10:29:47","date_gmt":"2020-08-06T15:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=110153"},"modified":"2020-08-06T10:29:47","modified_gmt":"2020-08-06T15:29:47","slug":"coworking-opcion-viable-retorno-oficinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/coworking-opcion-viable-retorno-oficinas\/","title":{"rendered":"Coworking, la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s viable para el retorno a las oficinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Los coworking son una oportunidad para las empresas en el regreso paulatino de los trabajadores, ya que cuentan con horarios flexibles y espacios m\u00e1s abiertos<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con la llegada de la <strong>Nueva Normalidad,<\/strong> muchas empresas han decidido regresar a sus espacios de trabajo, con ciertas <strong>medidas sanitarias<\/strong> para asegurar la salud de los empleados.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no todos los espacios de oficinas est\u00e1n preparados para adaptarse a esta nueva realidad, por lo que los <strong>coworking<\/strong> se colocan como una <strong>alternativa viable para un regreso seguro<\/strong>, por la flexibilidad que ofrecen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos <strong>espacios de coworking<\/strong> est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para tener <strong>\u00e1reas libres<\/strong> con terrazas donde las empresas brindan a sus trabajadores un lugar seguro donde no necesariamente deber\u00e1n tener el cubrebocas puesto, adem\u00e1s de ser un <strong>espacio m\u00e1s abierto<\/strong> donde puedes realizar conferencias, videollamadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdem\u00e1s, <strong>los espacios cerrados limitan la cantidad de trabajadores en zonas espec\u00edficas<\/strong>, por lo que el regreso ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo en estos espacios de trabajo. Por ejemplo, una sala de juntas que por lo regular son de 12 personas, la tendr\u00e1n que utilizar cuatro personas por mucho\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el <strong>Isaac Carre\u00f3n, directivo de la inmobiliaria <a href=\"https:\/\/cow.tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">COW.tech<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el directivo, los <strong>coworking<\/strong> son una oportunidad para las empresas en el regreso paulatino de los trabajadores, ya que cuentan con <strong>horarios flexibles<\/strong> y <strong>espacios m\u00e1s abiertos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre las <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/07\/31\/ventajas-laborar-espacio-coworking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ventajas<\/a> de trabajar en estos lugares se encuentran:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Control de horarios<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si bien en los coworking conviven personas de distintas empresas en un mismo espacio, estos lugares permiten tener <strong>horarios flexibles<\/strong> para agilizar la estancia de cada trabajador y que pueda realizar sus actividades sin problema.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Control de espacios de trabajo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El espacio en las oficinas tradicionales es de un n\u00famero de convivencia m\u00e1s bajo de lo normal y esto avecina que ellos tendr\u00e1n que regresar hasta sem\u00e1foro verde.<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, los espacios de <strong>coworking<\/strong> ofrecen un <strong>amplio lugar de trabajo<\/strong>, y no necesariamente tienen que redise\u00f1arse para poder cumplir con las expectativas de las empresas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Zonas seguras<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Este tipo de lugares de trabajo generalmente cuenta con amplios espacios, lo cual garantiza la <strong>seguridad y salud del trabajador<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que se promueve que siempre exista una <strong>higiene correcta del lugar y del
