En consecuencia, los ingresos variaron de 541.9 mdp a 15.5<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe<\/strong> public\u00f3 sus resultados financieros correspondientes al segundo trimestre de 2020 (<strong>2T2020<\/strong>). En estos, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en <strong>el impacto que la pandemia de Covid-19<\/strong> tuvo en el mundo, y, muy en particular, las<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/03\/25\/grupo-hotelero-santa-fe-analiza-cierre-temporal-de-propiedades\/\"> <strong>graves afectaciones que dejo en la industria del turismo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, en primera instancia, salta a la vista la dr\u00e1stica <strong>variaci\u00f3n a la baja<\/strong> que tuvieron los <strong><u>ingresos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/u><\/strong> del <strong>2T2019<\/strong>, en el que reportaron un saldo <strong>de 541.93 millones de pesos (mdp) frente a los 15.53 mdp del 2T2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo Hotelero desglos\u00f3 las variaciones (todas a la baja) de cada una de sus fuentes de ingresos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingresos por habitaciones: -96.9%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ingresos por alimentos y bebidas: -98.5%<\/li>\n<li>Otros ingresos de hoteles: -93.3%<\/li>\n<li>Honorarios por Administraci\u00f3n de Hoteles de Terceros: -94.7%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En consecuencia, Santa Fe reconoci\u00f3 que las p\u00e9rdidas netas de este trimestre ascendieron a 43.4 mdp, cifra que contrasta con la utilidad obtenida en el 2T2019 de 19.74 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el hecho de que dos de los tres meses del 2T2020 estuvieran cerrados los hoteles pas\u00f3 factura a la ocupaci\u00f3n promedio. Entre el mismo trimestre de 2019 y el actual <strong>la <u>ocupaci\u00f3n<\/u> baj\u00f3 de 60.7% a 2.3%,<\/strong> una ca\u00edda de 58.4 puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n<p>El vicepresidente ejecutivo del Grupo, Francisco Zinser, precis\u00f3 que <strong>la ocupaci\u00f3n del mes de junio<\/strong>, \u00fanico en el que realmente hubo una apertura gradual de hoteles, <strong>asciende a 19.5%<\/strong>, un dato m\u00e1s \u00fatil y que da pie a prever una recuperaci\u00f3n importante para los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[quote]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta es una m\u00e9trica muy \u00fatil, ya que nos permite ver c\u00f3mo nuestras propiedades est\u00e1n funcionando realmente. Desde la reapertura de nuestro portafolio hemos apreciado mejoras cada semana en l\u00ednea con nuestras expectativas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsperamos que esta recuperaci\u00f3n se extienda en el 2S20, permiti\u00e9ndonos aumentar gradualmente la tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n y las tarifas, y as\u00ed superar nuestros puntos de equilibrio a niveles operativos de entre 25% y 35% de ocupaci\u00f3n con el ADR actual, dependiendo de la propiedad y el mercado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una de las noticias favorables para el Grupo Hotelero hace referencia a que el <strong><u>n\u00famero de habitaciones disponibles se increment\u00f3 3.0%<\/u><\/strong> en el a\u00f1o. Pas\u00f3 de 6,058 a 6,237 cuartos.<\/p>\n<h3>Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe redujo gastos en un 65%<\/h3>\n<p>El vicepresidente a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, en aras de preservar el capital de trabajo y <strong>reducir los gastos operativos del Grupo<\/strong>, se implement\u00f3 una serie de <strong>medidas<\/strong> en las que participaron todos los colaboradores y que, en su conjunto, <strong>permiti\u00f3 una rebaja del 65%<\/strong>. Estos consisten en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3n de los gastos discrecionales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reducciones salariales<\/strong> en todos los niveles organizacionales, tanto en las estructuras corporativas como en las operativas, <strong>con un promedio aproximado de 50%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3n de los costos y gastos operativos en las propiedades que permanecen abiertas.<\/li>\n<li>El postergamiento del CAPEX no esencial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ocupaci\u00f3n de Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe pas\u00f3 de 60.7% en el 2T2019 a 2.3% en el 2T2020.
