{"id":109977,"date":"2020-07-31T10:07:03","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T15:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109977"},"modified":"2020-07-31T10:07:03","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T15:07:03","slug":"como-se-estan-adaptando-los-restaurantes-y-hoteles-a-la-nueva-normalidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/como-se-estan-adaptando-los-restaurantes-y-hoteles-a-la-nueva-normalidad\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo se est\u00e1n adaptando los restaurantes y hoteles a la nueva normalidad?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>ABASTUR hizo algunas observaciones en torno la nueva normalidad en restaurantes y hoteles; CANIRAC present\u00f3 el protocolo \u2018Mesa Segura\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ABASTUR llevo a cabo un webinar denominado \u201c<strong><em>La hospitalidad en tiempos de pandemia<\/em><\/strong>\u201d en el discutieron los mecanismos y estrategias con los cuales se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/07\/02\/se-reunen-hoteleros-para-discutir-sobre-turismo-en-la-nueva-normalidad\/\">la reactivaci\u00f3n de la <strong>actividad restauranteras y hoteleras en el marco de la nueva normalidad<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El director ejecutivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Alberto Albarr\u00e1n, explic\u00f3 que el <strong>Distintivo Covid Free<\/strong> es un instrumento que asienta las bases para dimensionar la <strong>responsabilidad de la iniciativa privada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El sector hotelero, restaurantero, de agencias de viajes, centros de congresos, museos y otros, ser\u00e1n los encargados de <strong>formular protocolos de apertura que garanticen una m\u00ednima o nula probabilidad de contagio de Covid-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el directivo prev\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n una guerra de tarifas y la necesidad de trabajar de manera conjunta debido a que la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector ser\u00e1 lenta.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, describieron el protocolo presentado por la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/canirac\">CANIRAC<\/a><\/strong>): <strong><em>Mesa Segura<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Mesa Segura, estrategia restaurantera en la nueva normalidad<\/h3>\n<p>El protocolo Mesa Segura, explicaron en el webinar, recibi\u00f3 el respaldo de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y contempla medidas en torno a la sanitizaci\u00f3n, el aforo y acciones para reducir al m\u00ednimo el contacto entre personas. Estas son las medidas contempladas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previa apertura del restaurante, se deber\u00e1 realizar trabajo de sanitizaci\u00f3n exhaustiva del establecimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar el abasto de insumos para el lavado y desinfecci\u00f3n del establecimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Deber\u00e1 asegurarse que el establecimiento cuente con ventilaci\u00f3n natural o mec\u00e1nica.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar limpieza continua y espec\u00edficamente de l\u00e1mparas, mesas, sillas, barandales, manijas, puertas, parte inferior de las paredes, superficies horizontales, aristas y cualquier otro elemento de f\u00e1cil alcance para los clientes, empleados y proveedores.<\/li>\n<li>El aforo estar\u00e1 organizado de tal manera que se respete el r\u00e9gimen de separaci\u00f3n social, con una distancia no menor a 1.5 metros.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar el sistema de reservas en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<li>Men\u00fas: Implementar sistemas que reduzcan el contacto f\u00edsico, a trav\u00e9s de men\u00fas digitales, men\u00fas desechables, pizarras o a trav\u00e9s de QR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Los efectos de la crisis sanitaria en la industria tur\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p>El <strong>embate del Covid-19<\/strong> y las medidas para frenar la propagaci\u00f3n del virus que lo provoca generaron un efecto domin\u00f3 en el que miles de personas alrededor del mundo dejaron de viajar, suspendieron o cancelaron sus viajes y, en consecuencia, <strong>se desplom\u00f3 la demanda de transporte, de hoteles y de consumo en restaurantes y bares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, ABASTUR record\u00f3 que la <strong>reapertura de hoteles y restaurantes est\u00e1 en marcha<\/strong> en todo el mundo, incluido M\u00e9xico. Una reapertura muy particular debido a la <strong>relevancia<\/strong> que tom\u00f3 la <strong>implementaci\u00f3n de protocolos sanitarios<\/strong> y la necesidad de adaptaci\u00f3n a la nueva normalidad.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, refirieron, los hoteles y restaurantes pueden operar solo al 30% de su capacidad, m\u00e1s un 10% en el caso de los restaurantes si se adhieren al programa \u201cCiudad al aire libre\u201d, que consiste en tener espacios para comensales en espacios abiertos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABASTUR hizo algunas observaciones en torno la nueva normalidad en restaurantes y hoteles;
