{"id":109804,"date":"2020-07-28T07:58:08","date_gmt":"2020-07-28T12:58:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109804"},"modified":"2020-07-28T10:03:36","modified_gmt":"2020-07-28T15:03:36","slug":"acapulco-destino-demanda-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/acapulco-destino-demanda-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Acapulco: el destino tur\u00edstico con mayor demanda de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Las<\/em> <em>generaciones m\u00e1s interesadas en adquirir una propiedad en Acapulco son<\/em> <em>los millennials y la Generaci\u00f3n X, los cuales se inclinan por el segmento medio<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el <strong>Reporte Inmobiliario 2020<\/strong> del portal inmobiliario <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamudi.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Lamudi<\/strong><\/a>, durante el primer semestre del a\u00f1o, a nivel nacional, la <strong>demanda de vivienda en renta<\/strong> aument\u00f3 un 35%, mientras que la <strong>demanda de vivienda en venta<\/strong> aument\u00f3 7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del <strong>segmento tur\u00edstico<\/strong>, expertos del portal detectaron algunos destinos que han aumentado su <strong>plusval\u00eda<\/strong> gracias al desarrollo de su infraestructura, lo cual se traduce en inversiones inmobiliarias con grandes posibilidades de retornos de inversi\u00f3n generosos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe acuerdo con el cat\u00e1logo de <strong>Lamudi<\/strong>, hay <strong>10\u00a0playas<\/strong> esenciales en las que el costo de la vivienda es accesible y proporcional a los beneficios que brinda. Adem\u00e1s, la <strong>plusval\u00eda<\/strong> en estos lugares aumenta cada a\u00f1o al menos en un 15%, una casa en la playa es una excelente opci\u00f3n para invertir, retirarse o vivir de una forma tranquila\u201d, explic\u00f3 <strong>Daniel Narv\u00e1ez, director de Marketing de Lamudi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Acapulco<\/strong>, Guerrero, es el destino tur\u00edstico que lidera la demanda de vivienda, con 21%;
