La econom\u00eda mexicana podr\u00eda extender su recuperaci\u00f3n hasta 2023<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LamudiMX\">portal inmobiliario Lamudi<\/a><\/strong> dio a conocer su <strong>informe<\/strong> sobre el comportamiento del <strong>sector inmobiliario en lo que va del 2020<\/strong>. Una de las particularidades principales de este documento es que se incluye una coyuntura de impacto trascendental: la pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los datos que Lamudi analiza destacan los referentes a la <strong>oferta de inmuebles en sitios electr\u00f3nicos<\/strong>, el <strong>comportamiento de los precios<\/strong> de mercado y el <strong>comportamiento de la demanda de inmuebles<\/strong> en los distintos segmentos existentes.<\/p>\n<p>Lamudi se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se requiere <strong>dimensionar<\/strong> una serie de <strong>factores econ\u00f3micos<\/strong> en su gran agregado, comerciales, crediticios, y los propiamente sanitarios, entre otros para pronunciarse sobre <strong>lo que se puede esperar en el sector<\/strong> para los meses venideros.<\/p>\n<h3>El T-MEC, \u00bfsalvavidas del sector inmobiliario?<\/h3>\n<p>La plataforma inmobiliaria refiri\u00f3 al <strong>Tratado M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1<\/strong> (T-MEC) como uno de los <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/06\/22\/como-aprovechar-t-mec-para-impulsar-el-sector-inmobiliario-industrial\/\"><strong>elementos principales<\/strong> en materia de comercio exterior a considerar<\/a> para <strong>proyectar una serie de potenciales beneficios socioecon\u00f3micos<\/strong> a la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello record\u00f3 que el T-MEC tiene un antecedente inmediato en materia de relaciones comerciales entre M\u00e9xico y su principal socio comercial, Estados Unidos, el <strong>TLCAN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste acuerdo (el TLCAN), que elimin\u00f3 gradualmente los aranceles sobre la mayor\u00eda de productos, trajo consigo diversas <strong>oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, creaci\u00f3n de empleos, mayor competitividad, desarrollo de una variedad de sectores de la econom\u00eda, y principalmente, foment\u00f3 mejores pr\u00e1cticas en nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>La crisis que dej\u00f3 el Covid<\/h3>\n<p>La pandemia trajo aparejada una crisis sin precedentes en el terreno econ\u00f3mico que dej\u00f3, entre a casi todos, al sector inmobiliario en una situaci\u00f3n muy comprometida. Segmentos como el tur\u00edstico hotelero, el comercial, el de oficinas y el industrial manufacturero resintieron fuertemente el impacto del shock epid\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>sector industrial log\u00edstico<\/strong> destac\u00f3 de sobremanera en su din\u00e1mica comercial, la gente compr\u00f3 m\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de canales digitales y las empresas incrementaron sus opciones para atender por ese medio.<\/p>\n<p>A Lamudi le preocupa la <strong>falta de acciones desde el terreno fiscal<\/strong> para hacer frente a la mencionada crisis, que coincidi\u00f3 con la baja demanda de petr\u00f3leo y el desplome de la demanda del principal socio comercial mexicano y que, como consecuencia, puede desencadenar en una crisis a\u00fan m\u00e1s larga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl est\u00edmulo fiscal insuficiente para contener el impacto econ\u00f3mico de los choques por el coronavirus, la ca\u00edda del precio del petr\u00f3leo y la contracci\u00f3n de la demanda de Estados Unidos es lo que puede hacer que la crisis sea mucho m\u00e1s larga y genere un sacrificio innecesario\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De seguir con esa l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alan, <strong>la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds tendr\u00eda n\u00fameros rojos hasta el 2023<\/strong>, a\u00f1o en el que se registrar\u00eda un incremento de apenas 2.85 puntos porcentuales como m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSin un s\u00f3lido est\u00edmulo fiscal, la econom\u00eda se mantendr\u00e1 en fase recesiva de aqu\u00ed al 2022, a\u00f1o en el que considera que registrar\u00e1 una nueva contracci\u00f3n de entre 4.21% y 4.49 por ciento. Y ser\u00e1 hasta el a\u00f1o 2023, cuando el PIB alcanzar\u00e1 registros positivos, cercanos a 0.91% y 2.85%, de acuerdo con el especialista\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para Lamudi el T-MEC ser\u00eda el instrumento que relance la din\u00e1mica del sector inmobiliario.
