{"id":109488,"date":"2020-07-20T13:00:57","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T18:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109488"},"modified":"2020-07-20T17:25:51","modified_gmt":"2020-07-20T22:25:51","slug":"infonavit-y-gcdmx-trabajaran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-y-gcdmx-trabajaran\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit y GCDMX simplificar\u00e1n tr\u00e1mites para desarrolladores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Instituto acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 el programa de vivienda incluyente en 12 corredores al otorgar facilidades para la inscripci\u00f3n de proyectos ante el Instituto\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A fin de impulsar la reactivaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds mediante la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda, el Infonavit y el gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico firmaron un convenio. El objetivo es establecer las bases de colaboraci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n que permitan impulsar el desarrollo y adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda, sobre todo a trav\u00e9s del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/06\/18\/en-cdmx-la-vivienda-sera-eje-fundamental-para-la-reactivacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Programa Especial de Regeneraci\u00f3n Urbana y Vivienda Incluyente<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre otras cosas, con el acuerdo, el Instituto impulsar\u00e1 la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y procesos en aras que los desarrolladores de vivienda puedan registrar los proyectos y as\u00ed, los trabajadores puedan comprar vivienda con cr\u00e9dito del Instituto. Espec\u00edficamente, se buscar\u00e1 dar celeridad a los proyectos certificados por el Gobierno de la capital a trav\u00e9s de los 12 corredores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo anterior, no s\u00f3lo agilizar\u00e1 el desarrollo habitacional y reactivar\u00e1 a la industria de la construcci\u00f3n en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico \u2014la m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds\u2014, sino que tambi\u00e9n impactar\u00e1 favorablemente en otras ramas econ\u00f3micas, como la acerera, vidriera y la cementera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n \u00faltima, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Infonavit, es impulsar el acceso de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/portalcentrourbano\/videos\/2649111162001467\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vivienda adecuada<\/a>, bie ubicada, para los trabajadores de menores ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon este tipo de acuerdos, el Infonavit reitera su compromiso con las y los trabajadores de M\u00e9xico, de ponerlos al centro de todas sus acciones y garantizar su derecho a una vivienda adecuada; al tiempo que sigue contribuyendo a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, director general del Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso mencionar que el convenio tambi\u00e9n contempla simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y el otorgamiento de descuentos en materia de pagos de derechos e impuestos. Esta medida encamina al reto de regularizaci\u00f3n en materia de escrituras p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<h4>Vivienda abandonada<\/h4>\n<p>Cabe destacar que con el convenio, tambi\u00e9n se sumar\u00e1n esfuerzos para atender el tema de la vivienda abandonada. Al respecto, \u201cla Seduvi apoyar\u00e1 en las diferentes estrategias que se determinen para el rescate de las viviendas abandonadas\u00bb y que fueron otorgadas con cr\u00e9ditos del Infonavit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl objetivo es llevar a cabo acciones a favor de los derechohabientes del Infonavit; adem\u00e1s de agilizar la atenci\u00f3n de diversos tr\u00e1mites administrativos requeridos por el instituto.
