El menor avance lo registra la refiner\u00eda de Madero con un 33%<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la gira de trabajo del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador en la que supervis\u00f3 los avances en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la refiner\u00eda \u2018Ing. Antonio M. Amor\u2019 en <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/02\/19\/trabaja-gobierno-de-gto-con-federacion-para-relanzar-plan-salamanca\/\">Salamanca<\/a>, Guanajuato, la titular de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SENER_mx\">Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda<\/a> (Sener)<\/strong>, Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda, inform\u00f3 que el avance total en la <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las 6 refiner\u00edas es del 76 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el detalle de las refiner\u00edas que componen el Sistema Nacional de Refinaci\u00f3n las cosas marchan de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cadereyta, 75%<\/li>\n<li>Madero, 33%<\/li>\n<li>Minatitl\u00e1n, 71%<\/li>\n<li>Salamanca, 67%<\/li>\n<li>Salina Cruz, 85%<\/li>\n<li>Tula, 89%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El presidente resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este proceso en el sentido de que se busca <strong>a\u00f1adir valor al crudo y<\/strong> de paso <strong>reducir la importaci\u00f3n de gasolinas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste plan de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las refiner\u00edas es estrat\u00e9gico, porque tiene varios fines. El primero es que le demos valor agregado a nuestro crudo y ya no sigamos comprando gasolinas en el extranjero\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Invierten 2,146 mdp en la refiner\u00eda de Salamanca<\/h3>\n<p>En este contexto, Nahle Garc\u00eda abund\u00f3 en que para el a\u00f1o 2020 se destin\u00f3 un monto de <strong>2,146 millones de pesos <\/strong>que se distribuyeron en 4 rubros: 418 (mdp) para mano de obra; <strong>1,160 mdp para adquisici\u00f3n de materiales<\/strong>; 451 mdp para servicios especializados y 117 mdp para obras.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de <strong>empleo<\/strong>, Roc\u00edo Nahle detall\u00f3 que en 2019 se contrataron 1,566 trabajadores y <strong>este a\u00f1o 1,458 de base, m\u00e1s 683<\/strong> <strong>de servicios especializados y obras<\/strong> de terceros.<\/p>\n<p>La titular de la Sener detall\u00f3 las acciones que se han realizado en la refiner\u00eda, desde el 2019:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(2019): Rehabilitaci\u00f3n parcial de 10 plantas y rehabilitaci\u00f3n general de 4.<\/li>\n<li>(2020) Rehabilitaciones parciales de 16 con mantenimiento mayor y rehabilitaci\u00f3n general de 5.<\/li>\n<li>(2021) Rehabilitaci\u00f3n parcial de 7 y una rehabilitaci\u00f3n general de 9 plantas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esto <strong>ha resultado en el incremento sustancial en la producci\u00f3n de gasolinas<\/strong>, objetivo de la administraci\u00f3n, ya que, refirieron, la producci\u00f3n de barriles diarios de gasolinas pas\u00f3 de 80,000 a 140,000.
