{"id":109311,"date":"2020-07-16T12:19:58","date_gmt":"2020-07-16T17:19:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109311"},"modified":"2020-07-16T12:19:58","modified_gmt":"2020-07-16T17:19:58","slug":"sofomes-opcion-de-financiamiento-para-hoteleros-en-nueva-normalidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/sofomes-opcion-de-financiamiento-para-hoteleros-en-nueva-normalidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Sofomes, opci\u00f3n de financiamiento para hoteleros en nueva normalidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Serfimex se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las Sofomes son una opci\u00f3n para los capitales del sector tur\u00edstico; existe confianza en que haya una recuperaci\u00f3n en el mediano plazo<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Serfimex Capital dio a conocer algunos elementos que deben tomar en consideraci\u00f3n los grupos hoteleros en aras de fortalecer sus operaciones en un contexto de nueva normalidad y la gradual reapertura de sus inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara mantener esta perspectiva ante el embate econ\u00f3mico que ha presentado la pandemia y al mismo tiempo activar la econom\u00eda es que, empresarios buscan diferentes estrategias para ganar la confianza de sus clientes mediante programas de prevenci\u00f3n y as\u00ed volver al negocio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En ese contexto, Serfimex destac\u00f3 que se encuentra trabajando en algunas estrategias para dar apoyo al sector hotelero, a saber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apoyos de <strong>refinanciamiento<\/strong> de cr\u00e9ditos y <strong>arrendamientos<\/strong> hasta con 3 meses de <strong>diferimiento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estrategias de Sale and Lease back<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Sofom explic\u00f3 que la estrategia de Sale and Lease back se trata de vender un activo y luego alquilarlo, \u201cseguir utilizando el bien, pero sin ser due\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, como consecuencia de que <strong>los bancos est\u00e1n recluidos<\/strong>, <strong>las Sofomes se presentan como una opci\u00f3n importante<\/strong> para grupos <strong>empresariales<\/strong> que se encuentren <strong>en b\u00fasqueda de capitales frescos<\/strong> y que, en un sector como el tur\u00edstico, que se encuentra en recuperaci\u00f3n, representa una garant\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SerfimexC\">Serfimex Capital<\/a><\/strong> el turismo representa una de las actividades principales que alentar\u00e1n la <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda mexicana<\/strong> en su total.
