{"id":109263,"date":"2020-07-17T09:45:39","date_gmt":"2020-07-17T14:45:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109263"},"modified":"2020-07-17T09:45:39","modified_gmt":"2020-07-17T14:45:39","slug":"empresas-de-coworking-deberan-reinventarse-jll-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/empresas-de-coworking-deberan-reinventarse-jll-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Empresas de Coworking deber\u00e1n reinventarse: JLL M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El coworking encontr\u00f3 grandes enemigos con la pandemia que hacen urgente reinventar su negocio; las oficinas deber\u00e1n pensar en adecuaciones a largo plazo<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pandemia de <strong>Covid<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>19<\/strong> tom\u00f3 por sorpresa a casi todos los miembros de la sociedad; <strong>su llegada tendr\u00eda que dejar un precedente en la memoria de todos<\/strong> y sobre todo en aquellos responsables de la planeaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del riesgo en escenarios futuros.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la Divisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n de Proyectos y Desarrollos de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JLLMexico\">JLL M\u00e9xico<\/a><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de su director, Arturo Bola\u00f1os, confi\u00f3 en que la pandemia deje experiencias y aprendizajes y de paso aproveche la oportunidad para fortalecer y encontrar \u00e1reas de oportunidad.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, reconoci\u00f3 que el entorno Coworking deber\u00e1 pensar en estrategias para reinventarse a nuevas condiciones <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/06\/12\/coworking-oficinas-afectado-covid-19\/\">ya que la pandemia hizo visibles algunas de sus debilidades<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El trabajo remoto o home office<\/li>\n<li>Distanciamiento social obligatorio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cEstas empresas tendr\u00e1n que reinventarse, me queda claro que son brillantes y creativos y estoy seguro de que lo van a hacer muy bien, no es un sector que va a morir, pero s\u00ed ser\u00e1 necesario replantear nuevas estrategias con el fin de adecuarse a las nuevas condiciones\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Cautela en las reformas a los espacios corporativos<\/h3>\n<p>Arturo Bola\u00f1os reconoci\u00f3 que es importante dimensionar que las condiciones de <strong>alerta sanitaria<\/strong> que permean en la <strong>sociedad no ser\u00e1n condiciones para siempre<\/strong>, por lo que las <strong>adecuaciones a espacios corporativos<\/strong>, las oficinas, <strong>deben desarrollarse con cautela<\/strong>, sobre todo en aras de racionalizar los recursos y no hacer gastos innecesarios.<\/p>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n del experto es <strong>redise\u00f1ar oficinas<\/strong>, pero <strong>pensando m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los 10 y hasta los 15 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Se debe pensar en la optimizaci\u00f3n y la operatividad y cumplir con las siguientes particularidades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tendencias de espacios abiertos,<\/li>\n<li>Espacios de colaboraci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li>Reglas flexibles para adaptarse a las condiciones particulares de cada empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para JLL es primordial la reapertura de espacios corporativos siempre atendiendo el bienestar de los ocupantes. Por ello, el directivo reconoci\u00f3 la <strong>importancia que tiene la tecnolog\u00eda y la continuidad del home office<\/strong> como estrategias para mantener los ritmos laborales a distancia.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo explic\u00f3 que llegar\u00e1 una adaptaci\u00f3n a la nueva normalidad por parte de la sociedad, las empresas y los negocios.
