{"id":109257,"date":"2020-07-15T12:35:08","date_gmt":"2020-07-15T17:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109257"},"modified":"2020-07-15T15:42:46","modified_gmt":"2020-07-15T20:42:46","slug":"lanzan-sello-de-calidad-punto-limpio-v2020-para-hoteles-y-restaurantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/lanzan-sello-de-calidad-punto-limpio-v2020-para-hoteles-y-restaurantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Lanzan \u2018Sello de Calidad Punto Limpio V2020\u2019 para hoteles y restaurantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Salud, STPS y Sectur lanzaron la insignia \u2018Sello de Calidad Punto Limpio V2020\u2019 con el fin de certificar buenas practicas higi\u00e9nico-sanitarias en el turismo<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno federal, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (Salud) y la de Turismo (Sectur) y la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) dio a conocer que ser\u00e1 implementado un <strong>reconocimiento insignia a los establecimientos tur\u00edsticos<\/strong> con <strong>buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de calidad higi\u00e9nico-sanitaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del \u2018<strong>Sello de Calidad Punto Limpio V2020\u2019<\/strong>, se busca, explicaron, incentivar el desarrollo de pr\u00e1cticas de limpieza, sanitizaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de contagios para hacer frente a la nueva normalidad en la cadena de valor tur\u00edstico, as\u00ed como otorgar certidumbre al turista en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Restaurantes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hoteles<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cafeter\u00edas<\/li>\n<li>Agencias de viajes<\/li>\n<li>Arrendadoras de autos<\/li>\n<li>Operadoras de buceo<\/li>\n<li>Centros de ocio y entretenimiento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/06\/17\/turismo-interno-la-apuesta-de-la-sectur-para-reactivar-el-turismo\/\">Con ello, tambi\u00e9n generamos, como destino, una mayor confianza en los viajeros para disfrutar plenamente<\/a> de los productos tur\u00edsticos y atractivos naturales y culturales que posee M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su presentaci\u00f3n, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo, Miguel Torruco Marqu\u00e9s, subray\u00f3 que este <strong>sello es el \u00fanico respaldado por el gobierno federal<\/strong> y que, en ese sentido, el tener uno <strong>agrega valor al emplazamiento tur\u00edstico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs importante se\u00f1alar que este Sello de Calidad es el \u00fanico que cuenta con el respaldo institucional [\u2026] Su otorgamiento representa un valor agregado para los establecimiento acreedores a este reconocimiento y para M\u00e9xico como destino\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la obligatoriedad de este sello, la STPS aclar\u00f3 que tiene el car\u00e1cter de voluntario y que su implementaci\u00f3n servir\u00e1 para reconocer y afianzar mejores pr\u00e1cticas higi\u00e9nicas en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00fanica normativa que si es obligatoria es la referente a los \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dof.gob.mx\/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5594138&amp;fecha=29\/05\/2020\">Lineamientos t\u00e9cnicos espec\u00edficos para la reapertura de las actividades econ\u00f3micas\u201d<\/a><\/strong> que fueron publicados el 29 de mayo en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Las etapas del Sello de Calidad Punto Limpio<\/h3>\n<p>Terruco Marqu\u00e9s explic\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n del Sello de Calidad se llevo a cabo en 4 etapas, a saber:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n de gu\u00edas, lineamientos, protocolos y recomendaciones, emitidas a nivel internacional, por la pandemia del Covid-19.<\/li>\n<li>Integraci\u00f3n de las nuevas \u201cBuenas pr\u00e1cticas de calidad higi\u00e9nica\u201d al modelo original Punto Limpio.<\/li>\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo Punto Limpio V2020. Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas para la Calidad Higi\u00e9nico-Sanitarias en el sector turismo.<\/li>\n<li>Retroalimentaci\u00f3n por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, as\u00ed como C\u00e1maras y Asociaciones del sector tur\u00edstico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Las autoridades federales recordaron que este Sello es una <strong>actualizaci\u00f3n del que se implement\u00f3 en 2009 ante la pandemia de influenza AH1N1<\/strong>, en el que se incluyen adecuaciones propias del contexto actual de
