{"id":109020,"date":"2020-07-09T08:28:24","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T13:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=109020"},"modified":"2020-07-09T09:40:04","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T14:40:04","slug":"tren-maya-proyecto-turistico-de-la-talla-del-complejo-de-cancun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/tren-maya-proyecto-turistico-de-la-talla-del-complejo-de-cancun\/","title":{"rendered":"Tren Maya: proyecto tur\u00edstico de la talla del Complejo de Canc\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Torruco destac\u00f3 que el calado del proyecto del Tren Maya ser\u00e1 tal que se puede equiparar al que tuvo la fundaci\u00f3n del Complejo Tur\u00edstico de Canc\u00fan en 1970<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El secretario de Turismo (Sectur), <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TorrucoTurismo\">Miguel Torruco Marqu\u00e9s<\/a>, dio a conocer el <strong>impacto que tendr\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto Tren Maya<\/strong> en la pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, el secretario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este proyecto es <strong>de lo m\u00e1s ambicioso que se tenga en las ultimas 5 d\u00e9cadas<\/strong>, <strong>despu\u00e9s del complejo tur\u00edstico de Canc\u00fan<\/strong> en 1970.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026 tenemos algo muy importante, la gran idea del primer proyecto m\u00e1s ambicioso que se recuerde despu\u00e9s de Canc\u00fan en los \u00faltimos 50 a\u00f1os es el Tren Maya\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Tren Maya es un proyecto de <strong>impacto regional <\/strong>que, a lo largo de sus <strong>19 estaciones permitir\u00e1 integrar m\u00e1s de 190 productos tur\u00edsticos de alto impacto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con este posicionamiento, el director general del Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur) y responsable del proyecto, Rogelio Jim\u00e9nez Pons, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el Tren permitir\u00e1 salvaguardar y promover el patrimonio material e inmaterial de las culturas del sureste.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el secretario hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que la obra <strong>cumple con los 3 preceptos b\u00e1sicos de la sustentabilidad<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la Semarnat:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ser autofinanciables, para que tengan durabilidad;<\/li>\n<li>Preservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente;<\/li>\n<li>Beneficien a la poblaci\u00f3n local.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Plataformas digitales y turismo<\/h3>\n<p>El secretario federal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, como consecuencia de la pandemia, se intensific\u00f3 el uso de dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos diversos, por lo que, en materia de <strong>compra de viajes y otros productos tur\u00edsticos<\/strong>, <strong>se puede esperar<\/strong> que la mayor\u00eda de estos <strong>se consolidar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales<\/strong> y redes sociales (<strong>un 70% de ellos<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Torruco Marqu\u00e9s insisti\u00f3 en que <strong>la recuperaci\u00f3n del turismo en el pa\u00eds iniciar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s del turismo interno<\/strong>. As\u00ed mismo, adelant\u00f3 que en este sexenio se dejar\u00e1, desde la Sectur el legado del <strong>Sistema Nacional de Comercializaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica Digital<\/strong>, que calific\u00f3 como el m\u00e1s avanzado del que se tenga registro.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con la tem\u00e1tica digital, el titular de Sectur se congratul\u00f3 de que en septiembre se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la primera edici\u00f3n digital del Tianguis Tur\u00edstico \u201cdonde van a tener oportunidad todos los estados y prestadores, de tener acceso para poder negociar sus producto e intercambiar puntos de
