Nada que no estuviera esperado ni nada grave, pero s\u00ed se sinti\u00f3 el cambio con todo esto del confinamiento\u201d, explic\u00f3.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>entrevista con Centro Urbano<\/strong>, el empresario afirm\u00f3 que los <strong>espacios de <em>coworking<\/em><\/strong>, tanto en M\u00e9xico como en el mundo, se ver\u00e1n muy beneficiados al finalizar la contingencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cYo creo que una empresa a la que se le vence su contrato arrendamiento, que ya se dio cuenta de que no ocupa tanto espacio, y que tiene que firmar un contrato a cinco a\u00f1os nuevo, me refiero a un espacio tradicional, pues se va a ir a un <strong>modelo m\u00e1s flexible<\/strong>; a un modelo donde no requiera tanto espacio, donde pueda usar multi locaciones para que a los usuarios les quede m\u00e1s cerca de su casa\u201d, dijo.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto al <em>home office<\/em>, <strong>Garc\u00eda Iza<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que esta modalidad podr\u00eda ganar terreno sobre la ocupaci\u00f3n de oficinas, pero solo en las oficinas r\u00edgidas y tradicionales, y no en espacios m\u00e1s flexibles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>El <em>home office<\/em> no opera para todos ni opera todo el tiempo<\/strong>, el <em>home office<\/em> es un apoyo. [\u2026] Entonces, con respecto a nuestra industria, no va a cambiar; con respecto al espacio tradicional, en donde los corporativos les median la hora de entrada y la hora de salida a sus colaboradores, y lo r\u00edgido que era ese esquema de trabajo, eso s\u00ed va a cambiar\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, muchos corporativos han optado por cambiarse al modelo de los <strong><em>coworks<\/em><\/strong>, que es m\u00e1s moderno, flexible, din\u00e1mico y de multi locaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro modelo ya es el futuro; nuestro modelo de ofrecer espacios altamente dise\u00f1ados para colaborar, flexibles, m\u00f3viles, con multi locaciones, certificados Leed, con todas las medidas de higiene, con todo el soporte tecnol\u00f3gico, ya es algo que ven\u00edamos haciendo y vamos a seguir haciendo cada vez mejor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[\u2026] Lo que nosotros ofrecemos es que cada quien trabaje en el punto m\u00e1s cercano a su casa, que pasen menos tiempo r\u00edgido en la oficina, que se apoyen con el <em>home office<\/em>.
