el e-commerce con procesos de automatizaci\u00f3n y big data<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>La digitalizaci\u00f3n en la venta de productos<\/strong> por parte de las empresas <strong>lleg\u00f3 para quedarse <\/strong>por un largo tiempo; la pandemia, y la cuarentena sobre todo, aceleraron su llegada e incentivaron su normalizaci\u00f3n como modo masivo de hacerse llegar los satisfactores a los hogares.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NKF_Mexico\">Newmark Knight Frank M\u00e9xico (NKF)<\/a><\/strong>, es importante que el sector del retail aproveche este boom introduciendo de manera intensiva el uso de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas digitales que enriquezcan la experiencia de compra de los clientes virtuales y, en un momento dado, f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cEl verdadero reto no se queda simplemente en vender en l\u00ednea, sino tambi\u00e9n en contar con procesos eficientes de automatizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n adecuada de datos que permitan realizar predicciones en la demanda, as\u00ed como innovar en la experiencia de compra del consumidor\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Una de las herramientas que ha alcanzado mayor fama en la industria es la de la <strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong> y el manejo de masivas cantidades de datos; para NKF la primera debe ser un disruptor del mercado retailer.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cLa inteligencia artificial se perfila como un disruptor en el mercado del retail, donde las empresas deber\u00e1n invertir en tecnolog\u00edas que ofrezcan atenci\u00f3n personalizada para cada consumidor, no s\u00f3lo f\u00edsica sino virtualmente\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<h3>Creci\u00f3 el comercio digital en la pandemia<\/h3>\n<p>Juan Ram\u00f3n Ram\u00edrez, analista de mercados de NKF Monterrey, refiri\u00f3 que se registr\u00f3 un <strong>incremento de ventas del 15 al 60%<\/strong> en rubros como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industria farmac\u00e9utica<\/li>\n<li>Sanidad<\/li>\n<li>Deportes<\/li>\n<li>Plataformas de entretenimiento<\/li>\n<li>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Compa\u00f1\u00edas de reparto de comida<\/li>\n<li>Distribuci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El rubro <strong>de abarrotes, frutas y verduras<\/strong> lo contabiliz\u00f3 por separado debido al descomunal incremento en las ventas que alcanzaron <strong>incrementos del 300%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 el beneficio que los supermercados rentabilizaron con la pandemia, ya que el gasto promedio para despensa por familia, explic\u00f3, pas\u00f3 de 1,050 a 1600 pesos (Incremento del 50%).<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfY para los Centros Comerciales?<\/h3>\n<p>Con respecto a la infraestructura construida para fines comerciales, NKF hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que los Centros Comerciales presentes y futuros deber\u00e1n garantizar nuevas experiencias a los consumidores, adem\u00e1s de la seguridad sanitaria que ser\u00e1 elemento b\u00e1sico en el contexto de la Nueva Normalidad.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de n\u00fameros, record\u00f3 que la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico prevalece como el mercado de mayor inventario comercial con 4.5 millones de metros cuadrados (m2).<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 la explicaci\u00f3n con la ubicaci\u00f3n de los espacios en la capital del pa\u00eds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras, y parte de Miguel Hidalgo: +1.5 millones de m2<\/li>\n<li>Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Coyoac\u00e1n, Tlalpan y Xochimilco: 1.2 millones de m2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En materia de construcci\u00f3n, NKF se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>se espera la construcci\u00f3n de casi 2 millones de m2 m\u00e1s en los polos norte y sur del Valle de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cSe espera la construcci\u00f3n y conclusi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 1.7 millones de metros cuadrados comerciales en la Zona Metropolitana del Valle de M\u00e9xico, siendo el sur y norte las de mayor n\u00famero de obras, con once y nueve proyectos, respectivamente\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el a\u00f1o comenz\u00f3 ya con desaf\u00edos importantes para el sector inmobiliario del retail, esto seg\u00fan una investigaci\u00f3n de NKF<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cEl primer trimestre del 2020 ha sido una de las \u00e9pocas con m\u00e1s retos para el sector comercial, principalmente por la situaci\u00f3n mundial y las restricciones a las que se est\u00e1 enfrentando el sector desde hace algunos a\u00f1os\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>La coyuntura sanitaria por Covid-19 acentu\u00f3 toda esta din\u00e1mica retadora ya que el cierre de centros comerciales y espacios p\u00fablicos fue una de las medidas de contenci\u00f3n empleadas por las autoridades sanitarias y como respuesta se obtuvo una migraci\u00f3n en la din\u00e1mica comercial que fue bien recibida por los canales
