Por lo que es importante afianzarnos de algunos pilares que nos permitan salir fortalecidos de esta situaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Si algo sabemos es que es imposible anticiparse a todos los riesgos que existentes y si bien a nivel profesional tratamos de plantearnos todos los escenarios posibles, estos a veces nos rebasan, como en el caso de esta contingencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, tras haber vivido crisis similares sabemos que el proceso que sigue ser\u00e1 bastante parecido al de otros ciclos;\u00a0 viviremos\/vivimos\u00a0 la afectaci\u00f3n directa a los niveles de demanda, al empleo, a la solvencia y liquidez.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed que resulta de vital importancia tener en cuenta estrategias operativas y de atenci\u00f3n a clientes adecuadas para que nuestro negocio contin\u00fae con vida durante y despu\u00e9s de la crisis.<\/p>\n<p>El sector inmobiliario hemos visto a lo largo del tiempo que tiene un comportamiento asim\u00e9trico, es decir, los niveles de oferta y demanda y, en general, los principales indicadores inmobiliarios, no suelen manifestarse de manera parecida en el sector industrial, en el de oficinas o en el comercial, adem\u00e1s de que los comportamientos var\u00edan por zona y regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, podemos seguir trabajando en el sector para que este se mantenga por lo que debemos mantener la continuidad de nuestros ingresos as\u00ed como buscar proyectos nuevos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante encontrar la\u00a0 manera de mantenernos relevantes y seguir satisfaciendo necesidades de nuestro mercado, adem\u00e1s de dar continuidad a la capacitaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n continua de nuestros equipos de trabajo, adapt\u00e1ndonos a las nuevas necesidades y haciendo uso de las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que nos permiten llegar a los profesionales del medio, por ejemplo haciendo uso de conferencias virtuales con expertos del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora que estamos cerca de entrar a la \u201cnueva normalidad\u201d sabemos que se tendr\u00e1n que realizar cambios estructurales en los productos (residencias, oficinas, centros comerciales, etc) para que se adapten a las nuevas necesidades del cliente final.<\/p>\n<p>Los desarrolladores tienen como \u00e1rea de oportunidad la creaci\u00f3n de espacios m\u00e1s aptos priorizando la ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n natural.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado inmobiliario se mantendr\u00e1 en movimiento gracias a las herramientas crediticias que las autoridades e instituciones bancarias est\u00e1n comenzando a generar para revitalizar la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Jaume Molet P\u00e9rez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Director General para Lamudi M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><u>Twitter:\u00a0<\/u>@LamudiMX<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><u>Mail:\u00a0<\/u><a href=\"mailto:Jaume.molet@lamudi.com.mx\">Jaume.molet@lamudi.com.mx<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Egresado de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalu\u00f1a, en donde obtuvo el t\u00edtulo de Ingeniero Industrial.
