trenes interregionales para incentivar la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los gobernadores de la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/03\/02\/impulsaran-obras-de-infraestructura-con-alianza-centro-bajio-occidente\/\"><strong>Alianza Centro Baj\u00edo Occidente<\/strong><\/a>, Francisco Dom\u00ednguez Servi\u00e9n, de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/gobqro\"><strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong><\/a>; Enrique Alfaro Ram\u00edrez, de <strong>Jalisco<\/strong>; Mart\u00edn Orozco Sandoval, de <strong>Aguascalientes<\/strong>; y Diego Sinhue Rodr\u00edguez Vallejo, de <strong>Guanajuato<\/strong> sostuvieron un encuentro con el fin de dimensionar las pr\u00f3ximas acciones en sus estados ante la crisis econ\u00f3mica que dejo la coyuntura sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>En este tenor, dieron a conocer que han dado comienzo las mesas de trabajo en las que se busca consolidar <strong>15 puntos que den base a la reconstrucci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> \u201cs\u00f3lida, transparente e integral\u201d entre los estados miembros de la alianza.<\/p>\n<p>Estos son algunos de los puntos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frenar la ca\u00edda del empleo<\/strong> mediante el apoyo constante de cr\u00e9ditos y financiamientos a las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trabajar en la atracci\u00f3n de inversi\u00f3n extranjera<\/strong>, al promover la confianza y dar certeza jur\u00eddica al resto de los pa\u00edses;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apostar por la inversi\u00f3n privada<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concretar los proyectos de infraestructura vial<\/strong> con un alcance interestatal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, algunos de los proyectos de infraestructura que se contemplan son la construcci\u00f3n de un <strong>Tren de Guadalajara a Aguascalientes<\/strong> en el que buscan ya el contacto con la SCT para definir mecanismos y temas de concesi\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 Alfaro Ram\u00edrez en conferencia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en materia de <strong>desarrollo inmobiliario industrial, el T-MEC<\/strong> sea un factor relevante por considerar en la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Diego Sinhue confi\u00f3 en que esta regi\u00f3n se ver\u00e1 beneficiada con la puesta en marcha del acuerdo comercial al tiempo que <strong>el conflicto China-EEUU<\/strong> se mantiene y acrecenta la atracci\u00f3n de empresas manufactureras en la zona del Baj\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>En materia <strong>de infraestructura carretera<\/strong>, los gobernadores confirmaron que se contemplan <strong>3,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n de autopistas interregionales<\/strong> como la de Silao a una regi\u00f3n de San Luis Potos\u00ed y otra de <strong>Quer\u00e9taro a Celaya<\/strong>, esta \u00faltima, relevante por la <strong>conexi\u00f3n con los centros industriales<\/strong> automotrices.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Organismos internacionales acompa\u00f1aran los proyectos del Baj\u00edo<\/h3>\n<p>De igual manera, el gobernador de Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue, destac\u00f3 de esta alianza el sustento t\u00e9cnico y econ\u00f3mico que se le buscar\u00e1 a los proyectos a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>asesor\u00eda con organismos internacionales<\/strong> como la <strong>CAF<\/strong>, Banco de Desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica Latina y la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas de Servicio para Proyectos (<strong>UNOPS<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, es prioridad para la Alianza y la conformaci\u00f3n de la estrategia de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, trabajar con la Alianza Federalista del Noreste-Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que la lista mostrada tiene el estatus de inicial y se ir\u00e1 enriqueciendo en los siguientes d\u00edas, as\u00ed lo anunci\u00f3 Orozco Sandoval, gobernador de Aguascalientes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTendremos estos puntos y otros m\u00e1s hasta llegar a 15; est\u00e1n planteados para una reconstrucci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda en la regi\u00f3n y son tambi\u00e9n reglas que debe seguir el resto del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Baj\u00edo, la regi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s apoyos a las Pymes<\/h3>\n<p>Cabe recordar que, seg\u00fan datos del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Docencia Econ\u00f3micas (CIDE), la regi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s apoyos a Pymes, a trav\u00e9s de instrumentos fiscales y administrativos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baj\u00edo-Occidente:
