{"id":108267,"date":"2020-06-19T10:00:20","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T15:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=108267"},"modified":"2020-06-19T12:57:43","modified_gmt":"2020-06-19T17:57:43","slug":"como-se-ha-comportado-el-mercado-de-vivienda-en-renta-con-el-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/como-se-ha-comportado-el-mercado-de-vivienda-en-renta-con-el-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo se ha comportado el mercado de vivienda en renta con el Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Lamudi revel\u00f3 que, en la contingencia, la renta de vivienda del segmento de inter\u00e9s medio creci\u00f3 en detrimento del residencial y residencial plus<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El portal inmobiliario <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LamudiMX\">Lamudi<\/a><\/strong> dio a conocer el <strong>comportamiento de las rentas inmobiliarias <\/strong>en los d\u00edas subsecuentes a lo que ellos denominan el pico de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, dieron a conocer que <strong>las rentas han continuado sin grandes contratiempos<\/strong>, aunque ha tenido variaciones de precios en distintas latitudes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas rentas han continuado a pesar de la contingencia, aunque han reflejado de manera m\u00e1s directa una reducci\u00f3n o un aumento en los precios dependiendo de la ciudad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, seg\u00fan Lamudi<strong>, la intenci\u00f3n en la b\u00fasqueda de espacios prevalece<\/strong> en la poblaci\u00f3n, en consecuencia, est\u00e1 ah\u00ed la oportunidad (y los retos) para los arrendadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn esta \u00e9poca del confinamiento hubo naturalmente una pausa en este sector. Pero tambi\u00e9n hubo mayor incremento de intenci\u00f3n en la b\u00fasqueda de un espacio, lo que deriva una serie oportunidades y retos interesantes para los desarrolladores y propietarios en este regreso a la nueva normalidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, Lamudi observa que durante los d\u00edas m\u00e1s \u00e1lgidos de la coyuntura sanitaria, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y el Estado de M\u00e9xico <strong>el mayor inter\u00e9s en la renta de vivienda es de aquella con un precio que oscile entre los 5,000 y los 10,000 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Comportamiento-por-segmento-y-por-mes.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-108269\" record\u00f3 que si bien <strong>la venta de vivienda se ralentiz\u00f3<\/strong> en la toma de decisiones, no ha implicado esto un alto total al
