{"id":108260,"date":"2020-06-19T11:19:20","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T16:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=108260"},"modified":"2020-06-19T13:24:20","modified_gmt":"2020-06-19T18:24:20","slug":"anuncia-fibrahotel-reapertura-del-50-de-sus-hoteles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/anuncia-fibrahotel-reapertura-del-50-de-sus-hoteles\/","title":{"rendered":"Anuncia FibraHotel reapertura del 50% de sus hoteles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>FibraHotel anunci\u00f3 que ha reabierto 43 hoteles y 6,774 cuartos que representan el 50 y 54% de su portafolio; van por la reapertura del 80% a julio<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FibraHotel\">fideicomiso hotelero<\/a> FibraHotel anunci\u00f3, el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 17 de junio, el status que guarda el <strong>proceso de reapertura de los hoteles de su portafolio<\/strong> que se vieron obligados a cerrar como consecuencia de la pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido el fideicomiso inform\u00f3 que de su portafolio de hoteles, 43 ya han reabierto; as\u00ed mismo, esto implica la puesta en disposici\u00f3n de <strong>6,774 habitaciones<\/strong>. En t\u00e9rminos porcentuales implica la <strong>reapertura del 50% de su portafolio de hoteles<\/strong> y <strong>54% de los cuartos totales<\/strong> con los que cuenta la Fibra.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que FibraHotel enfatiz\u00f3 en que <strong>la meta para los primeros d\u00edas de julio es haber reaperturado el 80% de los cuartos<\/strong> de su portafolio y dejar el resto para cuando las condiciones sanitarias y de demanda lo permitan.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, subray\u00f3 que esta reapertura ha atendido los lineamientos que el gobierno y las autoridades sanitarias han instrumentado con base en el avance de la epidemia y la Nueva Normalidad.<\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, FibraHotel precis\u00f3 que la reapertura de sus hoteles ha implicado la implementaci\u00f3n de \u201cestrictos protocolos de salud y seguridad [\u2026] teniendo como prioridad nuestros hu\u00e9spedes y colaboradores\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Los protocolos en los grupos de FibraHotel<\/h3>\n<p>Adicionalmente, FibraHotel detall\u00f3 los protocolos que han implementado algunas de las cadenas hoteleras, a saber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grupo Posadas: Programa <strong><u>Viaja con Confianza<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Marriott Internacional: Programa <strong>Compromiso con la Limpieza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Grupo Real Turismo: Programa Real Clean<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este tenor, algunas de las medidas principales de los 3 grupos que componen a FibraHotel (Grupo Posadas, Marriott International y Grupo Real Turismo) se resumen en 4 elementos: check-in y check-out; limpieza y sanitizaci\u00f3n de habitaciones; restaurantes de los hoteles y atenci\u00f3n a las \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas comunes.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar <strong>la alianza de Grupo Posadas con la empresa 3M<\/strong>, misma que, en palabras de Grupo Posadas provee productos de limpieza y sanitizaci\u00f3n \u201caprobados contra el SARS-CoV-2 por la Agencia de Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental de Estados Unidos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Posadas y Marriott informaron que <strong>har\u00e1n uso de la tecnolog\u00eda de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles para reducir el contacto entre hu\u00e9spedes y colaboradores<\/strong>. En ese tenor, acciones como el check-in, check-out y el servicio a habitaciones podr\u00e1n ser requisitados a trav\u00e9s de alguna aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Inclusive, Grupo Posadas inform\u00f3 que en sus establecimientos de comida tendr\u00e1n <strong>manteletas desechables con c\u00f3digo QR, a trav\u00e9s del cual se podr\u00e1 acceder al men\u00fa<\/strong>, descartando con ello la necesidad de usar men\u00fas f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en materia de coyuntura sanitaria, FibraHotel destac\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n al mencionar que en los meses de mayo y junio (en curso<strong>) se han tenido ocupados m\u00e1s de 7,000 cuartos noche para el hospedaje de profesionales de la salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FibraHotel anunci\u00f3 que ha reabierto 43 hoteles y 6,774 cuartos que representan el 50 y 54% de su portafolio;
