{"id":108218,"date":"2020-06-18T09:00:10","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T14:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=108218"},"modified":"2020-06-18T13:59:50","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T18:59:50","slug":"nbbj-tencet-net-city-ciudad-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/arquitectura-2\/nbbj-tencet-net-city-ciudad-china\/","title":{"rendered":"NBBJ y Tencet desarrollar\u00e1n Net City, nueva ciudad sostenible en China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Net City se ubicar\u00e1 dentro de la ciudad de Shenzhen, y<\/em> <em>contar\u00e1 con un \u00e1rea residencial para viviendas; as\u00ed como escuelas, locales comerciales, edificios de oficinas y servicios<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La firma de arquitectura <strong>NBBJ<\/strong> y el gigante asi\u00e1tico del internet <strong>Tencet<\/strong> desarrollar\u00e1n una \u2018ciudad del futuro\u2019 en <strong>Shenzhen, China<\/strong>; un desarrollo urbano de aproximadamente 2 millones de metros cuadrados completamente sustentable, llamado <strong>Net City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dicha ciudad est\u00e1 planeada, inicialmente, para uso de <strong>Tencet<\/strong>, sin embargo, muchos espacios estar\u00e1n disponibles para ser habitados por el p\u00fablico general.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Net City<\/strong> abarcar\u00e1 129 hect\u00e1reas de la ciudad de <strong>Shenzhen<\/strong>, y tendr\u00e1 la capacidad para albergar hasta a <strong>80,000 personas<\/strong>. Contar\u00e1 con un \u00e1rea residencial para viviendas, escuelas, locales comerciales, edificios de oficinas y servicios; adem\u00e1s se le dar\u00e1 prioridad a peatones, \u00e1reas verdes y veh\u00edculos autopropulsados; mientras que se buscar\u00e1 <strong>eliminar por completo el uso del autom\u00f3vil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro objetivo principal era proporcionar un lugar donde la innovaci\u00f3n realmente pueda crecer. Con este fin, tratamos de <strong>minimizar el impacto del autom\u00f3vil<\/strong> tanto como sea posible<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSalir del auto todav\u00eda es un poco dif\u00edcil en nuestro mundo, por lo que pasamos mucho tiempo dise\u00f1ando la ciudad para que fuera lo menos da\u00f1ino posible, quitando (autos) de donde no los necesitan y enfoc\u00e1ndonos en las personas\u201d, explic\u00f3 <strong>Jonathan Ward, socio de NBBJ.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en <strong>Net City<\/strong> se construir\u00e1n lugares de entretenimiento, parques y un paseo mar\u00edtimo, y se conectar\u00e1 con el resto de <strong>Shenzhen<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de puentes de carretera, ferris y el sistema de metro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Las edificaciones en la nueva ciudad tendr\u00e1n diferentes alturas, pues habr\u00e1 unos que sean de un piso y otros de 30. Cabe mencionar que las nuevas oficinas de <strong>Tencent<\/strong> se ubicar\u00e1n en esta ciudad. Todas las viviendas y edificios de <strong>Net City<\/strong> contar\u00e1n con <strong>paneles solares<\/strong> en los techos, <strong>sensores<\/strong> para rastrear su desempe\u00f1o ambiental y prevenir el riesgo de inundaci\u00f3n, y sistemas de captaci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NBBJ y Tencet<\/strong> proyectan el inicio de la construcci\u00f3n de la primera fase de la ciudad para este a\u00f1o;
