La ca\u00edda real del <strong>Indicador Mensual de la Actividad Industrial (IMAI)<\/strong> con respecto al mes de marzo fue de <strong>-25.1%,<\/strong> no obstante, la anual fue de -29.6%.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/grafica-IMAI.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107963\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/grafica-IMAI.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/grafica-IMAI.jpg 516w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/grafica-IMAI-300x213.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>La gr\u00e1fica mostrada nos permite dimensionar la ca\u00edda abrupta en la actividad industrial en el primer mes completo de Jornada Nacional de Sana Distancia, ya que de marzo fue \u00fanicamente la segunda mitad.<\/p>\n<h3>Construcci\u00f3n, actividad industrial m\u00e1s afectada<\/h3>\n<p>En las variaciones del IMAI a nivel mensual, los componentes del indicador registraron ca\u00eddas diferentes; de menos a m\u00e1s, estos fueron sus comportamientos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica: -1.1%<\/li>\n<li>Miner\u00eda: -5.6%<\/li>\n<li>Industrias manufactureras: -30.5%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Construcci\u00f3n: -32.8%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De igual manera, las variaciones a nivel anual dejaron en la peor posici\u00f3n a la industria de la construcci\u00f3n, alcanzando un descenso de casi 40 puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMAI-desglosado.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-107964\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMAI-desglosado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"502\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMAI-desglosado.jpg 502w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMAI-desglosado-300x155.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 502px) 100vw, 502px\" \/><\/a>\n<h3>Sector inmobiliario industrial afectado indirectamente<\/h3>\n<p>Firmas como Solili, NKF y CBRE han reportado el <strong>impacto negativo que la pandemia ha tenido en el sector inmobiliario<\/strong>, puntualmente en el <strong>industrial manufacturero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el reporte del IMAI de abril se pude ver con detalle el desplome que la industria manufacturera ha tenido en todas las industrias que el Instituto mide, con excepci\u00f3n de la alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Las industrias con las ca\u00eddas m\u00e1s abruptas son la del cuero (-86.9%); la <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n de equipo de transporte (-85.3%)<\/strong> y la fabricaci\u00f3n de prendas de vestir (-77.9%).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la \u00fanica con ascenso fue <strong>la industria alimentaria (1.2%)<\/strong> y con las menores ca\u00eddas: Fabricaci\u00f3n de <strong>productos derivados del petr\u00f3leo y carb\u00f3n (-4.7%)<\/strong>;
