ONU-H\u00e1bitat y Fonatur buscan ofrecer un cat\u00e1logo de opciones para la reubicaci\u00f3n de familias en Campeche por donde pasar\u00e1 el Tren Maya<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

El Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur<\/a>) dio a conocer los mecanismos y protocolos que se seguir\u00e1n en materia de reubicaci\u00f3n de personas<\/strong> que se encuentran alojadas en las inmediaciones de las v\u00edas por donde pasar\u00e1 el Tren Maya<\/strong> en su tramo inmediato a la ciudad de Campeche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, Fonatur precis\u00f3 que pidi\u00f3 al Programa de Naciones Unidas para los Asentamientos Humanos (ONU-Habitat<\/a><\/strong>) trabajar en la creaci\u00f3n de un Protocolo de Relocalizaci\u00f3n Consensuada<\/a><\/strong>. La dependencia federal subray\u00f3 que la reubicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 favorable para todos los implicados.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

\u201c(Fonatur) Compensar\u00e1 de manera justa y adecuada a todas las familias de Campeche que resulten con su predio impactado como consecuencia de estas obras.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl cumplimiento del protocolo conlleva que no haya ning\u00fan desalojo forzoso y que las familias participen en la toma de decisiones durante todo el proceso, entre otras cuestiones\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que Fonatur mencion\u00f3 que se tendr\u00e1 una cartera de opciones a proponer \u201cque responda a los intereses\u201d de cada familia en este proceso de reubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Opciones de reubicaci\u00f3n de familias en Campeche<\/h3>\n

El cat\u00e1logo de opciones que se contempla para la reubicaci\u00f3n es el siguiente:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y asesor\u00eda para la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> o ampliaci\u00f3n de una construcci\u00f3n en el predio actual, fuera del derecho de v\u00eda<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Fonatur detall\u00f3 que fueron algunos los pobladores que directamente se acercaron a preguntar a ONU-H\u00e1bitat sobre esta opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • La construcci\u00f3n nueva<\/strong> en otro terreno propiedad de la familia (a veces incluso en otra localidad);<\/li>\n
    • La indemnizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> si ya poseen otra vivienda adecuada fuera del sector o una ayuda de alquiler para quienes actualmente rentan;<\/li>\n
    • La compra de viviendas existentes<\/strong> en el mercado;<\/li>\n
    • La construcci\u00f3n de casas nuevas por parte de Fonatur<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de v\u00edas ocupadas<\/h3>\n

      Fonatur record\u00f3 que, en aras de mantener en la ciudad de Campeche una estaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya, la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s viable es la de rehabilitar la v\u00eda ferroviaria que se encuentra ya en uso.<\/p>\n

      No obstante, reconoci\u00f3 que esta rehabilitaci\u00f3n hace urgente trabajar en el aseguramiento de distancia con las viviendas aleda\u00f1as<\/strong>, esto con el fin de disponer de espacio suficiente para la realizaci\u00f3n de obras y operatividad del Tren sin afectar ni comprometer la seguridad de los habitantes.<\/p>\n

      En este tenor, se\u00f1alaron que desde marzo se encontraba ya en proceso el censo casa por casa; luego del embate de la pandemia se mantuvieron conversaciones telef\u00f3nicas con las familias afectadas.<\/p>\n

      Finalmente, Fonatur advirti\u00f3 que sancionar\u00e1 econ\u00f3mica y penalmente a aquellas personas que busquen establecerse ahora sobre bienes federales para sacar ventaja de estos procesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
