En el documento, las autoridades definen que las empresas <strong>podr\u00e1n retomar operaciones una vez que concluyan con la implementaci\u00f3n de protocolos y mecanismos de seguridad sanitaria<\/strong>; no forzosamente hasta el 1 de junio.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta modificaci\u00f3n, las empresas de la industria de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/portalcentrourbano\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">construcci\u00f3n<\/a> podr\u00edan retomar operaciones la siguiente semana. Todo depender\u00e1 que<strong> concluyan con el establecimiento de los protocolos correspondientes y su debida aprobaci\u00f3n por parte de la autoridad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la letra, el acuerdo modificado publicado en el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/05\/14\/oficializan-en-el-dof-a-la-construccion-como-actividad-esencial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> (DOF) dice:<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cSi el proceso (de implementaci\u00f3n de medidas de seguridad sanitaria) se logra concluir y se aprueba antes del 1 de junio de 2020, la empresa o industria correspondiente podr\u00e1 dar inicio a sus operaciones\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales, los cambios al documento publicado el 14 de mayo a\u00f1aden una <strong>serie de consideraci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 4<\/strong>. Cabe recordar que en este apartado del acuerdo se hace referencia al reconocimiento de la construcci\u00f3n, miner\u00eda y automotriz como industrias esenciales.<\/p>\n<p>Entre estos puntos se especifica que el periodo de <strong>preparaci\u00f3n para retomar labores inicia el 18 de mayo<\/strong>. A partir de esta fecha \u201clas empresas o industrias dedicadas a las actividades consideradas como esenciales, deber\u00e1n presentar protocolos de seguridad sanitaria acordes con los lineamientos generales que dispongan las secretar\u00edas de Salud, de Econom\u00eda y del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Socia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>As\u00ed queda el acuerdo:<\/h4>\n<a
