{"id":106418,"date":"2020-05-14T12:00:17","date_gmt":"2020-05-14T17:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=106418"},"modified":"2020-05-14T21:10:01","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T02:10:01","slug":"infonavit-mantiene-expectativa-de-colocacion-para-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/infonavit-mantiene-expectativa-de-colocacion-para-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit mantiene expectativa de colocaci\u00f3n para 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El organismo no modifica su planteamiento crediticio para el a\u00f1o: Mart\u00ednez <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pesar del escenario econ\u00f3mico que trae consigo el <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/cobertura-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Covid-19<\/a>, el <strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong> (Infonavit) no modifica sus perspectivas de colocaci\u00f3n para el a\u00f1o, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Carlos Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al participar en la sesi\u00f3n del <strong>Consejo Consultivo de Canadevi<\/strong>, el Director general del Infonavit indic\u00f3 que el organismo que encabeza mantiene las expectativas de entrega de cr\u00e9dito. Con ello, puntualiz\u00f3, el Instituto buscar\u00e1 impulsar m\u00e1s 500,000 acciones de financiamiento en el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en su participaci\u00f3n, Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez se refiri\u00f3 al retorno de actividades de la industria de la construcci\u00f3n y la vivienda. Apunt\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 relevante que la industria <strong>est\u00e9 preparada <\/strong>para\u00a0retomar labores con todas las medidas de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa declaratoria como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7IWLSZalhmE&amp;t=120s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">actividad esencial<\/a> fue un esfuerzo de muchos actores tanto del gobierno como del sector privado; el di\u00e1logo con el secretario de Hacienda, la secretaria de Econom\u00eda; nosotros y el liderazgo del secretario Meyer, quienes permitieron concentrar estos esfuerzos al menos en estos tres sectores relevantes para la primera etapa de reapertura. Ya esperaremos esta nueva normalidad para el segundo semestre del a\u00f1o\u201d,<\/p>\n<h4>Metas Infonavit<\/h4>\n<p>Para 2020, <strong>el Infonavit plante\u00f3 una meta de otorgamiento<\/strong> de cr\u00e9dito del orden de los 529,514 cr\u00e9ditos. Esta cifra representa tanto la colocaci\u00f3n originada directamente en el organismo como las acciones impulsadas en esquemas de cofinanciamiento con la banca, y equivalen a una derrama de <strong>222,530 millones de pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de las acciones, el organismo estableci\u00f3 la meta de otorgar hasta <strong>362,971 cr\u00e9ditos para la compra de vivienda<\/strong>. En este marco, 184,231 cr\u00e9ditos ser\u00edan para vivienda nueva, y 178,740 para vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, de acuerdo con datos del <strong>Sistema Nacional de Informaci\u00f3n e Indicadores de Vivienda<\/strong> (Sniiv), entre enero y marzo,<strong> la colocaci\u00f3n crediticia del organismo cay\u00f3 20 por ciento<\/strong>.
