Y es que, en el 1T2020, la venta de vivienda en la <strong>Zona Metropolitana del Valle de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> registr\u00f3 una <strong>ca\u00edda de 12%<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos de la firma de consultor\u00eda <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/133025563392728\/videos\/2675462642737323\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tinsa<\/a><\/strong>, si se compara con el 1T2019, la actividad en el arranque de 2020 descendi\u00f3 13.5 por ciento. En este marco, la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico presenta una ca\u00edda de 20% en las ventas<\/strong>, con poco m\u00e1s de <strong>2,000 unidades desplazadas en el periodo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la firma a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que los segmentos con el mayor impacto son el <strong>residencial<\/strong> y el <strong>residencial plus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cLos resultados muestran una baja del 12.7% en las unidades vendidas en la Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con respecto al 4Q2019, donde la CDMX presenta la mayor desaceleraci\u00f3n con una ca\u00edda de m\u00e1s del 20% en el a\u00f1o, con ventas de poco m\u00e1s de 2,000 unidades durante el trimestre, con afectaciones principalmente en los segmentos R y RP\u201d.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<h4>Proyecci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Tina se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para el 2T2020 se esperar\u00eda una ca\u00edda m\u00e1s pronunciada.
