{"id":105663,"date":"2020-04-24T10:20:02","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T15:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=105663"},"modified":"2020-04-24T14:01:16","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T19:01:16","slug":"el-30-de-abril-arranca-construccion-del-tramo-1-del-tren-maya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/el-30-de-abril-arranca-construccion-del-tramo-1-del-tren-maya\/","title":{"rendered":"El 30 de abril arranca construcci\u00f3n del Tramo 1 del Tren Maya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El consorcio ganador del Tramo 1 lo conforma Mota-Engil M\u00e9xico, China Communications Construction Company, Grupo Cosh y Eyasa y Gavil Ingenier\u00eda<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur), entidad federal encargada de la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Maya, dio a conocer el <strong>fallo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/04\/03\/fonatur-propuestas-tramo-tren-maya\/\">licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/a><\/strong> internacional para llevar a cabo las obras<strong>\u00a0del Tramo 1 <\/strong>de dicho proyecto, cuyo costo asciende a<strong> 15,538.13 millones de pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, informaron que el consorcio ganador se encuentra conformado por las siguientes empresas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mota-Engil M\u00e9xico SAPI de C.V.<\/li>\n<li>China Communications Construction Company LTD,<\/li>\n<li>Grupo Cosh S.A. de C.V. Eyasa S. de R.L de C.V y<\/li>\n<li>Gavil Ingenier\u00eda S.A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Tramo 1 del Tren Maya\u00a0recorrer\u00e1 <strong>227 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong>; cabe recordar que \u00e9ste partir\u00e1 de <strong>Palenque<\/strong>, en Chiapas y llegar\u00e1 hasta <strong>Esc\u00e1rcega<\/strong>, en Campeche.<\/p>\n<p>Fonatur destac\u00f3 en su cuenta de twitter que la elecci\u00f3n del consorcio ganador, sobre las otras 13 propuestas, representa la mejor relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio para el Fondo, al tiempo que <strong>expertos de la Oficina de las Naciones Unidas de Servicios para Proyectos (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UNOPS_es\">UNOPS<\/a>) respaldaron dicha decisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento fue acompa\u00f1ado por un testigo social designado por la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SFP), \u201cpara garantizar transparencia, eficiencia, econom\u00eda, imparcialidad, honradez y estricto apego a las disposiciones aplicables\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo precis\u00f3 que, con estricto apego a las medidas y protocolos dictaminados por la autoridad sanitaria debido a la pandemia de Covid-19, la obra dar\u00e1 inicio
