Este resultado representa una <strong>baja de 15.6%<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo, pero de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, a decir de <strong>Germ\u00e1n Ahumada<\/strong>, director general de la empresa, este resultado estuvo relacionado directamente con la <strong>contingencia derivada del <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/cobertura-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Covid-19<\/a><\/strong>. Y es que, se\u00f1al\u00f3, para la desarrolladora, el mes de marzo, el primero de la contingencia, es en el que se registra la mayor cantidad de ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe acuerdo con nuestra ciclicidad, en el <strong>mes de marz<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CentroUrbano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">o<\/a> se generan en promedio el 50% de los ingresos<\/strong> del trimestre. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el ritmo de escrituraci\u00f3n del mes de marzo se vio afectado de manera importante por la contingencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, en el <strong>reporte trimestral<\/strong> enviado a la <strong>Bolsa Mexicana de Valores<\/strong> (BMV), Ahumada Russek destac\u00f3 que la empresa ha <strong>suspendido las actividades de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>, esto al no ser actividad esencial en el marco de la pandemia. No obstante, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, la firma se ha valido de las plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas para mantener \u201chasta donde es posible ciertas operaciones para la continuidad de la Empresa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el directivo expuso que la empresa comenz\u00f3 con la implementaci\u00f3n de una <strong>estrategia para sortear el escenario causado por el Covid-19<\/strong>. Destac\u00f3 que para la empresa, el factor prioritario por cuidar ser\u00e1 la liquidez.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lo largo de nuestros 43 a\u00f1os de existencia, nos ha tocado vivir otras crisis y sabemos que ninguna como esta. Una lecci\u00f3n bien aprendida ha sido que mantener la <strong>liquidez<\/strong> (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon el objetivo de preservar la liquidez en el corto y mediano plazo, en ARA hemos tomado ciertas acciones tales como: i) reducci\u00f3n de gastos, ii) postergar el inicio de nuevos desarrollos, iii) enfoque en la venta del inventario actual de vivienda, iv) mayor aprovechamiento de medios digitales para atracci\u00f3n de nuevos clientes; y seguimos evaluando otras medidas. As\u00ed mismo, en cuanto reanudemos la operaci\u00f3n al 100%, el proceso constructivo estar\u00e1 rigurosamente alineado a la demanda\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>Resultados de la firma en el periodo<\/h4>\n<p>De acuerdo con el reporte trimestral, durante el 1T2020 Consorcio ARA <strong>desplaz\u00f3 1,802 unidades<\/strong>, lo que representa una baja de 18.8 por ciento.
