vuelven a M\u00e9xico un pa\u00eds atractivo a la inversi\u00f3n en espacios industriales y log\u00edsticos<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bajo el contexto de emergencia sanitaria que permea en el mundo por el Covid-19, la firma <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CBREMexico\">CBRE<\/a> hizo una revisi\u00f3n sobre las ventajas que se pueden aprovechar en el sector inmobiliario industrial y manufacturero del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, record\u00f3 las recientes disrupciones a la cadena global de suministros debido al <strong>cierre de plantas principalmente en China<\/strong> y que el <strong>T-MEC fue firmado semanas atr\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se vuelve un lugar <strong>atractivo para la inversi\u00f3n en espacios industriales y log\u00edsticos<\/strong>, ya que las empresas pueden ampliar sus cadenas de suministros y depender menos del pa\u00eds oriental.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los fen\u00f3menos que describieron en el devenir industrial de M\u00e9xico es el relacionado a que ser\u00e1 este quien <strong>herede los procesos manufactureros para la regi\u00f3n de Norteam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, luego de la transici\u00f3n de las potencias econ\u00f3micas hacia procesos automatizados y de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adieron que las ventajas comparativas del pa\u00eds (que lo han puesto como la potencia exportadora de Am\u00e9rica Latina) son varias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> geogr\u00e1fica<\/li>\n<li>Menores <strong>costos<\/strong> de mano de obra<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conectividad<\/strong> <strong>log\u00edstica<\/strong> con EEUU y Canad\u00e1<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acuerdos<\/strong> internacionales con las principales \u00e1reas econ\u00f3micas del mundo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>M\u00e9xico vs China por el comercio estadounidense<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del atractivo que ha representado M\u00e9xico en d\u00edas recientes debido a la crisis sanitaria, hay conflictos internacionales en los que M\u00e9xico se ha visto beneficiado, uno de ellos es la <strong>guerra comercial EEUU-China<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9xico destaca en el escenario comercial internacional, debido a la relaci\u00f3n que hay con el mercado m\u00e1s grande del mundo, Estados Unidos, mismo que tambi\u00e9n tra\u00eda ya \u2018arrastrando\u2019 una guerra comercial y que, por lo mismo, increment\u00f3 la demanda de productos \u2018Made in Mexico\u2019 en detrimento de los de origen chino.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Evoluci\u00f3n_Comercio_Mx_Chn_USA.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-105292\" subray\u00f3 que los sectores industriales mexicanos m\u00e1s beneficiados fueron la <strong>producci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de componentes y productos electr\u00f3nicos <\/strong>y el de la
