{"id":104748,"date":"2020-04-03T10:00:02","date_gmt":"2020-04-03T16:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=104748"},"modified":"2020-04-03T10:54:21","modified_gmt":"2020-04-03T16:54:21","slug":"publican-reglas-de-operacion-del-programa-de-reconstruccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/publican-reglas-de-operacion-del-programa-de-reconstruccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Publican Reglas de Operaci\u00f3n del Programa de Reconstrucci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El documento contempla un presupuesto por 2,168 mdp para acciones de vivienda <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urban<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CentroUrbano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">o<\/a><\/strong> public\u00f3 en el <strong>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3<\/strong>n (DOF), las <strong>reglas de operaci\u00f3n del Programa Nacional de Reconstrucci\u00f3n<\/strong> para el ejercicio 2020. En el documento, se establece un presupuesto del orden de los 2,843 millones de pesos para atener las actividades del rubro.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las autoridades, del total de los recursos etiquetados, <strong>76% se destinar\u00e1n para las labores de reconstrucci\u00f3n en materia de vivienda<\/strong>. Con ello, se contempla un presupuesto del orden de los 2,168 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, el documento establece que las acciones de vivienda, que ejecutar\u00e1 la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda<\/strong> (Conavi), podr\u00e1n ser bajo la modalidad de reconstrucci\u00f3n o reubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de apoyo para <strong>reconstrucci\u00f3n total de vivienda<\/strong>, el organismo podr\u00e1 entregar recursos equivalentes a 100 UMAs. Con ello, los beneficiarios podr\u00edan aspirar hasta 200,000 pesos de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de esta categor\u00eda tambi\u00e9n se contempla la reconstrucci\u00f3n parcial de vivienda. Para este apartado, la Sedatu, a trav\u00e9s de Conavi, podr\u00e1 entregar apoyos por hasta 41 UMAs, es decir, por hasta 108,287 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el tema de <strong>reubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la Sedatu contempla apoyos para adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda, tanto nueva como usada. Para este rubro, los apoyos m\u00e1ximos a los que se podr\u00edan aspirar llegan a 454,277 y 377,684 pesos respectivamente.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Apoyo-Reconstrucci\u00f3n.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-104752\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Apoyo-Reconstrucci\u00f3n.png\" alt=\"Apoyo-Reconstrucci\u00f3n\" width=\"616\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Apoyo-Reconstrucci\u00f3n.png 616w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Apoyo-Reconstrucci\u00f3n-300x181.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Obligaciones<\/h4>\n<p>La Sedatu se\u00f1al\u00f3 que todos los beneficiarios deber\u00e1n alinearse a las <strong>obligaciones<\/strong> y <strong>requisitos<\/strong> del programa. En caso de faltar a los lineamientos, deber\u00e1n <strong>reembolsar los recursos<\/strong>.
