necesidad de espacios y con ello los costos<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En un contexto de aislamiento social derivado por la pandemia por Covid-19, y con las medidas de &#8216;Sana Distancia&#8217; implementadas por las autoridades, tanto el sector p\u00fablico como el privado organizaron mecanismos de trabajo remoto o a distancia, coloquialmente conocido como \u2018<strong>home office\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La directora de Estrategias Corporativas de Newmark Knight Frank (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NKF_Mexico\">NKF<\/a>), Martha Mill\u00e1n, habl\u00f3 sobre las implicaciones que esta estrategia tendr\u00e1 una vez que la contingencia sanitaria termine y la preocupaci\u00f3n principal para todos sea la <strong>crisis econ\u00f3mica de grandes dimensiones<\/strong> que los expertos ya vaticinan.<\/p>\n<p>Desde esa perspectiva Martha Mill\u00e1n indic\u00f3 que las empresas deben prepararse para tocar fondo, pero m\u00e1s importante, para su recuperaci\u00f3n; y en esa l\u00ednea, subray\u00f3 que uno de los mecanismos que pueden encontrar es el de la <strong>reducci\u00f3n de costos en el tema de bienes ra\u00edces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed es donde entra el Home Office como una estrategia de gran calado que puede redimensionar la forma de ver y concebir las oficinas corporativas (y <strong>reducir costos en espacios<\/strong>), describi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 en que el home office se puede convertir en una estrategia a usar en operaciones corporativas, al tiempo que <strong>replantea el dise\u00f1o de las oficinas<\/strong> con una reducci\u00f3n significativa de espacios previamente necesarios, debido a que se da un cambio en las posiciones asignadas por no asignadas.<\/p>\n<p>El papel de la tecnolog\u00eda en esta revoluci\u00f3n de espacios corporativos ser\u00e1 primordial ya que implica la exigencia de aprender a colaborar en espacios virtuales lo que a su vez tiene como consecuencia cambios en el espacio colaborativo de la oficina; <strong>se requerir\u00e1n m\u00e1s \u00e1reas de tecnolog\u00eda adecuada para la interacci\u00f3n con clientes y proveedores<\/strong> a distancia<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Martha Mill\u00e1n subray\u00f3 que se puede pasar de una percepci\u00f3n de ver a la oficina como un mal necesario a verla como un <strong>medio que apoye el aumento de rendimiento de los empleados<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la adecuaci\u00f3n de espacios con elementos asociados al
