{"id":104458,"date":"2020-03-30T12:17:17","date_gmt":"2020-03-30T18:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=104458"},"modified":"2020-04-01T02:22:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-01T08:22:30","slug":"gicsa-restringe-inversiones-gastos-y-costos-no-esenciales-por-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/cobertura-covid-19\/gicsa-restringe-inversiones-gastos-y-costos-no-esenciales-por-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Gicsa restringe inversiones, gastos y costos no esenciales por Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Gicsa no ve prudente plantear un futuro, ya que al no tener un escenario claro, a\u00fan no se puede prever la magnitud y duraci\u00f3n de los efectos del Covid-19<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las acciones que Gicsa implementar\u00e1 para mitigar los efectos econ\u00f3micos negativos que traer\u00e1 consigo la crisis por el Covid-19, la compa\u00f1\u00eda dio a conocer que restringir\u00e1 inversiones, gastos y costos no esenciales.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un comunicado enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), la empresa especializada en el desarrollo, inversi\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de bienes ra\u00edces dijo que estas medidas incluyen gastos de viaje y promoci\u00f3n.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, Gicsa ya revisa el presupuesto para el ejercicio 2020, lo cual incluye gastos de capital.<\/p>\n<p>Ante el panorama que se vive, la empresa no ve prudente plantear un futuro, ya que al no tener un escenario claro, a\u00fan no se puede prever la magnitud y duraci\u00f3n de los efectos del Covid-19. A pesar de ello, Gicsa se considera resiliente, por lo que est\u00e1n enfocados en atravesar esta crisis de la mejor manera posible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsperamos que los niveles de tr\u00e1fico y consumo en nuestros centros comerciales y de entretenimiento, decrezcan de manera relevante, y, en esta fase 2, se espera que dicho impacto se magnifique, ya sea por medidas prudenciales, como las de la sana distancia o el evitar salir de casa, o por el cierre temporal requerido por autoridades locales, donde Gicsa tiene presencia en algunos centros comerciales o establecimientos con ciertos giros comerciales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la compa\u00f1\u00eda considera fundamental preservar su liquidez en este escenario de crisis. Asegur\u00f3 que cuenta con suficiente caja para hacer frente a los vencimientos de deuda, las pr\u00f3ximas obligaciones fiscales, as\u00ed como laborales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstamos trabajando para preservar capital de trabajo, obtener fuentes de financiamiento adicionales y negociar acuerdos con terceros, proveedores, clientes y acreedores que permitan la continuidad del negocio. Seguiremos en la b\u00fasqueda de mantener liquidez y negociar con acreedores y har\u00e1 lo necesario para proteger el capital de los accionistas y la continuidad del negocio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las medidas sanitarias, Gicsa asegura que est\u00e1 actuando puntualmente con todos los protocolos de salubridad. En los centros comerciales y de entretenimiento a\u00fan abiertos, han reforzado dichas acciones, adem\u00e1s que mantienen un constante monitoreo de salud con el personal que labora en dichos lugares.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMonitoreamos constantemente la salud del personal que trabaja en las plazas, intensificamos el monitoreo y mantenimiento de aires acondicionados, e instalamos estaciones de gel antibacterial en los accesos y el interior de nuestros centros comerciales, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn las localidades en las que las autoridades han solicitado cierres de establecimientos, hemos acatado con prontitud la solicitud. Continuamos monitoreando cualquier cambio en las pautas emitidas por las autoridades federales y locales de salud p\u00fablica\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gicsa no ve
