Una de ellas, es que los desarrolladores, sobre todo los peque\u00f1os, deben poner especial atenci\u00f3n en elementos <strong>como la liquidez de la empresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Gene Towle<\/strong>, socio director de la firma de consultor\u00eda <strong>Softec<\/strong>. El especialista indic\u00f3 que en 2009, el no contar con recursos suficientes para garantizar la contundida en la operaci\u00f3n, limit\u00f3 a las empresas para realizar <strong>planes de contingencia y elaborar estrategias de largo plazo<\/strong> que les permitir\u00e1n liberar los momentos de freno.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAprendimos de la crisis pasada que lo que afect\u00f3 a muchos desarrolladores, especialmente a los chicos, fue que en el freno de ventas que se dio por la AH1N1 en 2009 peg\u00f3 en la liquidez.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo tener la liquidez para <strong>aguantar y reestructurarse<\/strong> afect\u00f3 a mucha gente y trab\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n, lo que deriv\u00f3 en no poder tomar ventaja en oportunidades hacia delante\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<h5>Acci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida<\/h5>\n<p>En esa l\u00f3gica, Gene Towle enfatzi\u00f3 que una de las premisas en estos escenarios de crisis es actuar r\u00e1pido y <strong>asegurar que el negocio puede continuar<\/strong>. Sobre todo, dijo, los desarrolladores deben \u201c<strong>defenderse ante la baja de ventas<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo nos preparamos para esto? Rescatando lo que dice el documento \u2018<strong>COVID 19 Actions to take now<\/strong>\u2019 de <em>Bain and Co<\/em>, entre las prioridades se encuentra <strong>asegurar la continuidad del negocio<\/strong>. Esto quiere decir que b\u00e1sicamente tengas suficiente <strong>liquidez<\/strong>, suficiente dinero para aguantar el tiempo en que se van a bajar las ventas, donde vas a tener poca cobranza. Lo que tenemos que hacer es actuar r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay que defenderse de bajas de ventas, y c\u00f3mo se hace, siendo <strong>m\u00e1s agresivo en tu promoci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Afrontar el Covid19 en el sector inmobiliario<\/h3>\n<p>El Director de Softec sostuvo que uno de los puntos importantes en esta etapa es trabajar <strong>en planes a futuro<\/strong>. Esto, dijo, con la l\u00f3gica de <strong>identificar oportunidades y poderlas aprovechar<\/strong> en cuanto pase la emergencia por el <strong>Coronavirus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cAhorita viene un tema, una cosa que s\u00ed pueden hacer (los desarrolladores) para ocupar su tiempo, que es utilizar su tiempo para planear, para <strong>reorganizarse<\/strong>, para ver qu\u00e9 es lo que sigue\u201d, indic\u00f3.[\/quote]<\/p>\n<p>En esa l\u00f3gica, Towle explic\u00f3 que desde Softec se trabaja en <strong>dos productos<\/strong> para apoyar a los desarrolladores y pasar el bache que generar\u00e1 el Covid 2019. Uno de ellos, dijo, es una <strong>l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito emergente<\/strong> hasta por 5 millones de pesos y plazo por 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El cr\u00e9dito, apunt\u00f3, es revolvente, con el que los empresarios podr\u00e1n contar con recursos y afrontar la operaci\u00f3n de la empresa. El segundo, dijo, tiene que ver con un producto de <strong>reestructura<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del cual, Softec trabaja con algunas instituciones en aras de ayudar a los empresarios a conseguir ajustar las condiciones de financiamiento como los <strong>cr\u00e9ditos puente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el especialista a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la experiencia del AH1NI en 2009 dej\u00f3 claro que fen\u00f3menos como los brotes epidemiol\u00f3gicos <strong>cambian la din\u00e1mica de la industria<\/strong>. Por ello, dijo, es importante estar preparados, analizar el producto que se ofrece e identificar muy bien a qui\u00e9n se le quiere vender .<\/p>\n<p>[quote]\u201cHabr\u00e1 ciertos productos que no les va a quedar de otra m\u00e1s que bajar precios. Y habr\u00e1 otros en los que podr\u00e1n mantener sus precios. Ahorita lo que hay que hacer es sentarse a analizar muy bien nuestros productos y visualizar en d\u00f3nde nos vamos a
