Pese a que 2020 se vislumbraba como un a\u00f1o de recuperaci\u00f3n del mercado, <strong>la situaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 la mejor, <\/strong>debido a los efectos econ\u00f3micos que la pandemia generar\u00e1 en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa crisis surgida de la pandemia retrasar\u00e1 cualquier repunte econ\u00f3mico nacional y global\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el portal inmobiliario en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, Lamudi se\u00f1al\u00f3 tres subsectores que tendr\u00e1n los mayores impactos: la vivienda nueva, oficinas y el sector tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La tendencia, que se registr\u00f3 desde 2019 en la <strong>colocaci\u00f3n de<\/strong> <strong>vivienda nueva<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/01\/24\/venta-vivienda-nueva-octubre\/\">una ca\u00edda<\/a> del 21.8%), persistir\u00e1 en ese 2020, puntualmente en los segmentos <strong>Residencial Plus y Premium<\/strong>, debido a que los potenciales compradores retrasaran la toma de decisiones de este tipo.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>espacios operativos<\/strong> que ofrecen servicios de renta a corto plazo, como las <strong>oficinas<\/strong> de \u2018<em>coworking<\/em>\u2019, que tendr\u00e1n que atender restricciones de las autoridades de Salud, en torno a la limitaci\u00f3n de afluencia.<\/li>\n<li>El sector tur\u00edstico, impactando de manera directa la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera<\/strong>, los restaurantes, aeropuertos y centrales de autobuses, principalmente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El director de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n de Lamudi, Daniel Narv\u00e1ez subray\u00f3 que, pese al panorama negativo que ensombrece al sector inmobiliario, este sigue siendo uno \u201cde los m\u00e1s nobles\u201d ya que la inversi\u00f3n es segura en el mediano y largo plazo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pese a que el 2020 se
