hace 5 a\u00f1os no alcanzaba 5%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ante un escenario de desaceleraci\u00f3n en la comercializaci\u00f3n de espacios de oficinas corporativos, principalmente en mercados como el de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, la demanda de espacios flexibles ha dado interesantes resultados.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con un an\u00e1lisis de CBRE M\u00e9xico, las transacciones en M\u00e9xico que incluyen flex-space ascienden al 23% del total, siendo que hace 5 a\u00f1os no llegaba ni al 5 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa tendencia para las nuevas generaciones es sentir que forman parte no s\u00f3lo de una corporaci\u00f3n con objetivos comerciales sino tambi\u00e9n de una comunidad que busca el desarrollo y equilibrio profesional, f\u00edsico y emocional de sus empleados.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que flex-space y todas las potenciales innovaciones que conlleve, seguir\u00e1n permeando en la demanda por este tipo de espacios, que podr\u00eda llegar a ser de 50% en los siguientes 20 a\u00f1os\u201d, asegura Amy Henderson, vicepresidente de CBRE.<\/p>\n<p>La especialista detalla que la atracci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de talento entre las empresas se ha convertido en el factor n\u00famero uno de decisi\u00f3n para escoger no s\u00f3lo el mercado sino el tipo de edificio, ubicaci\u00f3n y amenities dentro de un submercado.<\/p>\n<p>Agrega que la escasez de talento ante el cambio tecnol\u00f3gico y de capacidades para navegar en esta nueva econom\u00eda, afecta a todas las industrias, pero especialmente al sector servicios y manufacturero que dan trabajo al 50% del mercado laboral en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transacciones que incluyen flex-space ascienden al 23% del total;
