{"id":103727,"date":"2020-03-12T08:00:21","date_gmt":"2020-03-12T14:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=103727"},"modified":"2020-03-12T09:21:52","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T15:21:52","slug":"colonias-cdmx-rentar-15000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/colonias-cdmx-rentar-15000\/","title":{"rendered":"Colonias de la CDMX para rentar por menos de 15,000 pesos al mes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Al rentar un departamento, se recomienda<\/em> <em>no destinar m\u00e1s del 30% de los ingresos mensuales a este fin; adem\u00e1s, ese porcentaje deber\u00eda cubrir el monto total de la renta<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, cada vez m\u00e1s personas optan por la opci\u00f3n de <strong>rentar una casa o un departamento<\/strong> en vez de adquirirlo; pues el arrendamiento cuenta con bajos costos y representa una ruta para lograr un mejor presupuesto de finanzas personales.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en el caso de la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, existen zonas donde los departamentos y viviendas en renta presentan costos tan altos que no todos pueden costearlos. En este sentido, el <strong>portal inmobiliario <a href=\"https:\/\/propiedades.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Propiedades.com<\/a><\/strong>, en sus <strong>Reportes de Mercado Inmobiliario (RMI) 2020<\/strong>, revela las colonias donde se pueden encontrar opciones por <strong>menos de 15,000 pesos mensuales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para los <strong>RMI<\/strong>, el portal analiz\u00f3 los precios medios de renta de 15 de las zonas m\u00e1s din\u00e1micas de la capital del pa\u00eds. Entre ellas se encuentran Santa Mar\u00eda la Ribera, San Rafael-Azcapotzalco, Condesa, Santa Fe, Nuevo Polanco, N\u00e1poles y otras nueve m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, de acuerdo con <strong>Leonardo Gonz\u00e1lez, analista Real Estate de Propiedades.com<\/strong>, al rentar un departamento se recomienda no destinar m\u00e1s del 30% de los ingresos mensuales a este fin; adem\u00e1s, ese porcentaje deber\u00eda cubrir el monto total de la renta.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, para pagar una renta de 6,010 pesos se debe tener un ingreso mensual de 20,000 pesos; y para cubrir un alquiler de 9,899 pesos, el ingreso debe aproximarse a los 33,000 pesos mensuales.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Rentar por menos de 10,000 pesos mensuales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En las colonias <strong>Agricultura y Tlatilco<\/strong>, ubicadas en la zona <strong>Santa Mar\u00eda la Ribera<\/strong>, se pueden encontrar departamentos usados en renta que van de los 6,010 a los 8,111 pesos al mes. Por otro lado, si se desea rentar un departamento nuevo, la colonia Atlampa, ubicada en esa misma zona, ofrece opciones de 8,264 mensuales.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en la zona de <strong>San Rafael-Azcapotzalco,<\/strong> las colonias <strong>Un Hogar para Nosotros y Nextitla<\/strong> tienen departamentos nuevos y usados en renta, con precios que van de los 7,527 a los 10,312 pesos al mes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Entre 10,000 y 15,000 pesos mensuales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En la zona de <strong>Mixcoac<\/strong>, que comprende las colonias <strong>Alfonso XIII, Molino de Rosas y San Juan,<\/strong> se pueden encontrar departamentos en renta con un costo medio de entre 10,398 y 13,900 pesos mensuales.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, en las colonias <strong>Agricultura, Atlampa, Santa Mar\u00eda Insurgentes y Del Gas,<\/strong> ubicadas en la zona de <strong>Santa Mar\u00eda la Ribera<\/strong>, los precios van de los 10,606 pesos a los 13,637 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que en los <strong>Barrios de la Concepci\u00f3n y San Lucas<\/strong>, en <strong>Coyoac\u00e1n<\/strong>, se encuentran departamentos en renta con costos entre los 13,199 y los 14,426 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Popotla y San Rafael,<\/strong> pertenecientes a la zona <strong>San Rafael-Azcapotzalco<\/strong>, el costo medio de la renta de los departamentos va de los 11,767 pesos hasta los 14,000 pesos; mientras que, en la zona de <strong>Portales<\/strong>, que se divide en norte, sur y oriente, la renta tiene un precio medio que va de los 12,222 a los 13,845.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, en <strong>Nuevo Polanco<\/strong>, zona en la que predominan los centros de negocios, se encuentra la colonia <strong>Mariano Escobedo<\/strong>, donde el alquiler medio es de 14,426 pesos.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tabla-3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-103744 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tabla-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"688\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tabla-3.jpg 567w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tabla-3-247x300.jpg 247w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al rentar un departamento, se recomienda no destinar m\u00e1s del 30% de los ingresos mensuales a este fin;
