invertir\u00e1 un total de 240 mdd<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/02\/25\/busca-mexico-reduccion-del-50-en-mortandad-por-accidentes-viales\/\">Tercera Conferencia Ministerial de Seguridad Vial,<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>en Estocolmo, Suecia, se dio a conocer que <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong> fue elegida por <strong>Bloomberg Philanthropies<\/strong> como una de las ciudades en las cuales se realizar\u00e1n trabajos en materia de seguridad vial, esto como parte de la \u201c<strong>Iniciativa Global de Seguridad Vial<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> que Bloomberg Philanthropies har\u00e1 desde 2020 y hasta 2025 es de <strong>240 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd). <\/strong>Con ese monto buscan salvar hasta 600,000 vidas y <strong>prevenir 22 millones de lesiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En total ser\u00e1n 30 las ciudades que participar\u00e1n en esta iniciativa, cuyo objetivo es acompa\u00f1arlas con recursos econ\u00f3micos y con recursos humanos capacitados para manejar de manera eficiente los recursos, en aras de <strong>reducir muertes y accidentes por hechos de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento financiero<\/strong> que se le dar\u00e1 a las ciudades, se buscan 4 acciones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fortalecer la normativa<\/strong> en materia de seguridad vial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementar mejores pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong> de seguridad vial por medio de educaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Realizaci\u00f3n de campa\u00f1as<\/strong> medi\u00e1ticas para la comprensi\u00f3n de las y los usuarios en factores de riesgo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Redise\u00f1o en la infraestructura vial<\/strong> con mayores \u00edndices de mortalidad<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En cuanto al <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>, la intervenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de manera integral, con <strong>expertos internacionales en infraestructura, comunicaciones, datos, control y vigilancia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los aliados en este \u00faltimo acompa\u00f1amiento ser\u00e1n de la talla de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), NACTO \u2013 GDCI, la Alianza Global para la Seguridad Vial (GRSP), el Instituto de Recursos Mundiales (WRI), as\u00ed como la Incubadora Global de Defensa de la Salud (GHAI).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1n la Unidad Internacional de Investigaci\u00f3n de Lesiones de la Universidad Johns Hopkins, la Unidad de Seguridad Vial del Banco Mundial, NCAP, Vital Strategies y la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Jefes de Polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de Guadalajara, \u00fanica ciudad mexicana que formar\u00e1 parte de la iniciativa, en Am\u00e9rica Latina participar\u00e1n ciudades de Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador y Brasil: Bogot\u00e1, Buenos Aires, Cali, Guadalajara, Quito, Sao
