style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de \u00c1rea Bruta Rentable<\/span><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fibra Mty consolid\u00f3 su portafolio con 58 propiedades en operaci\u00f3n al cierre del cuarto trimestre de 2019, adem\u00e1s de superar su gu\u00eda de resultados por quinto a\u00f1o consecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Al entregar los resultados financieros correspondientes al periodo 4T19, Jorge \u00c1valos, director general del fideicomiso, detall\u00f3 que al finalizar dicho periodo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fibramty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fibra Mty<\/a> registr\u00f3 un total de 699,928 metros cuadrados de \u00c1rea Bruta Rentable, y una ocupaci\u00f3n en portafolio de 96.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor quinto a\u00f1o consecutivo cumplimos con la gu\u00eda de resultados, la cual superamos en 4.5%, y llev\u00f3 nuestra distribuci\u00f3n de efectivo del 2019 a un rendimiento de 9.4% considerando el precio de nuestro certificado al inicio del a\u00f1o\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tanto los niveles de distribuci\u00f3n, como el incremento en la base de inversionistas en su colocaci\u00f3n de capital llevada a cabo a finales de octubre de 2019, fortalecer\u00e1 la liquidez de sus certificados, lo que llevar\u00e1 a una reducci\u00f3n en el costo de capital de Fibra Mty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste a\u00f1o iniciamos el desarrollo de dos \u00e1reas que considero estrat\u00e9gicas para la empresa a largo plazo (el\u00a0\u00e1rea de innovaci\u00f3n digital
