{"id":102455,"date":"2020-02-07T08:02:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T14:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=102455"},"modified":"2020-02-07T09:46:34","modified_gmt":"2020-02-07T15:46:34","slug":"entrega-recepcion-de-la-linea-3-del-tren-ligero-de-guadalajara-sera-en-2-fases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/entrega-recepcion-de-la-linea-3-del-tren-ligero-de-guadalajara-sera-en-2-fases\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrega-recepci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea 3 del Tren Ligero de Guadalajara ser\u00e1 en 2 fases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La entrega de la l\u00ednea 3 del Tren Ligero se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en 2 fases, una sustancial que permite operar y otra administrativa y legal<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Sistema de Tren el\u00e9ctrico Urbano (Siteur) del estado de Jalisco dio a conocer los <strong>mecanismos<\/strong> bajo los cuales estar\u00e1n <strong>formalizando la entrega-recepci\u00f3n de las obras de la l\u00ednea 3 del Tren Ligero, <\/strong>en el \u00c1rea Metropolitana de <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al adelantar que actualmente se <strong>lleva un avance aproximado del 50%<\/strong>, el director de Siteur, Rolando Valle Favela, detall\u00f3 que <strong>la entrega-recepci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 dos momentos<\/strong> clave para su conclusi\u00f3n exitosa.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, describi\u00f3 que existen dos procesos a cumplirse para la entrega: la primera es una t\u00e9cnica, que una vez cumplida, permitir\u00eda la segura y confortable operatividad del tren; la otra tiene que ver con cuestiones administrativas y legales y ata\u00f1e a los tres niveles de gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>La primera <strong>entrega<\/strong> la denomin\u00f3 \u201c<strong>Sustancial<\/strong>\u201d, y para que esta ocurra, deben haberse <strong>concluido los trabajos de obra<\/strong>, las pruebas t\u00e9cnicas de operaci\u00f3n realizadas por la Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) as\u00ed como la contrataci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de personal. Con la entrega sustancial, Siteur har\u00eda pruebas preoperativas por 2 meses para finalmente iniciar el servicio comercial.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda <strong>entrega<\/strong> es la \u201c<strong>Final<\/strong>\u201d, en ella, detall\u00f3<strong>, SCT habr\u00e1 resuelto cualquier asunto pendiente<\/strong> que la l\u00ednea 3 tenga. Se habr\u00e1n corregido detalles y asuntos de seguridad en el sistema<strong>, se oficializa la entrega de-recepci\u00f3n de planos finales<\/strong> y se <strong>firman las actas de aceptaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la presentaci\u00f3n del proceso, el director de Siteur puntualiz\u00f3 que la entrega-recepci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 ya con el espacio para los talleres y cocheras. Con una extensi\u00f3n de 10.5 hect\u00e1reas, y 11 escrituras de por medio, se entreg\u00f3 un terreno con instalaciones, talleres y cocheras para mantenimiento de v\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que Siteur tambi\u00e9n se encuentra trabajando en otros frentes de la obra; la instalaci\u00f3n de los equipos de prepago, incorporaci\u00f3n de personal y elaboraci\u00f3n de procesos
