de 10%<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El sector inmobiliario industrial de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y \u00e1rea metropolitana registr\u00f3 un volumen sano de actividad al cierre de 2019, motivado principalmente por la demanda creciente del sector log\u00edstico y de consumo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior se reflej\u00f3 en una tasa de disponibilidad de 2.8% en espacios industriales seg\u00fan datos del Market Beat Industrial de Cushman &amp; Wakefield, uno de los niveles m\u00e1s bajos de los que se tiene registro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUn comportamiento estable del comercio internacional y la inercia de los fundamentos de la econom\u00eda ayudaron al sector de bienes ra\u00edces industriales a permanecer en buena forma\u00bb, agrega la firma.<\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de 2019, el inventario industrial de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y \u00e1rea metropolitana que monitorea este an\u00e1lisis reporta 16 millones 564,497 metros cuadrados de espacios industriales, con una disponibilidad de 2.8.<\/p>\n<p>El submercado de Tepotzotl\u00e1n mantuvo su posici\u00f3n como el \u00e1rea m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica para los bienes ra\u00edces industriales en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; esta regi\u00f3n est\u00e1 alcanzando en actividad al submercado de Cuautitl\u00e1n, que es el que posee el mayor inventario del \u00e1rea metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, pese al sano comportamiento de la demanda, el inventario de edificios en construcci\u00f3n tuvo una reducci\u00f3n anual de 10%, con alrededor de 303,775 metros cuadrados de espacios industriales en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsto refleja una creciente preocupaci\u00f3n entre los desarrolladores sobre los retos que la econom\u00eda local puede encontrar en el mediano plazo\u00bb, destaca la
