De este total, el Fondo liquid\u00f3 49,056, cifra que representa una derrama del orden de los 35,140 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a lo dado a conocer por el organismo, con la cifra, Fovissste logr\u00f3 la meta de colocaci\u00f3n establecida para el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Comit\u00e9 de Cr\u00e9dito realiz\u00f3 su octog\u00e9sima cuarta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria en la que oficializ\u00f3 el cierre del proceso de Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9ditos Tradicionales mediante el Sistema de Puntaje 2019 que tuvo una cobertura de 100 por ciento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Salvador Arriscorreta, subdirector de cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, tras lograr el objetivo, el organismo mantiene sus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nZ7Qup8FD14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">planes<\/a> para mejorar el otorgamiento de <a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2020\/01\/29\/%e2%96%b6%ef%b8%8f-video-programa-de-reestructura-fovissste-entrara-antes-de-concluir-el-1s2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cr\u00e9dito<\/a> tradicional. Entre otras cosas, dijo, se trabaja para mejorar temas como los aval\u00faos, en aras que las viviendas cumplan con los requisitos que defini\u00f3 la Sedatu en la nueva Pol\u00edtica de Vivienda.<\/p>\n<h4>Avance Fovissste en el otorgamiento 2020<\/h4>\n<p>El Fovissste ya suma 20,000 cr\u00e9ditos liberados del programa de colocaci\u00f3n de financiamiento para 2020. Y es que, este domingo, el organismo liber\u00f3 otros 5,000 financiamientos, lo que representa una derrama por el orden de lo 3,381 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el organismo que encabeza\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ArqAgustin19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>, la suma de cr\u00e9ditos que Fovissste liber\u00f3 representa un avance de 24% en relaci\u00f3n a la meta de atenci\u00f3n. Cabe recordar que para 2020, 83,489 trabajadores del Estado se registraron para obtener un cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl programa de cr\u00e9dito 2020 prev\u00e9 otorgar hasta 54 mil 300 financiamientos por 36 mil 556 millones de pesos, un incremento aproximado de 4 por ciento en el monto econ\u00f3mico en comparaci\u00f3n de 2019, con lo que se estima coadyuvar a la creaci\u00f3n de un mill\u00f3n 755 mil empleos directos e indirectos en el pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la \u00faltima semana de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/2019\/11\/28\/fovissste-creditos-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">noviembre 2019<\/a>, el Fovissste liber\u00f3 los primeros 15,000 cr\u00e9ditos del Programa 2020.
