{"id":102192,"date":"2020-01-28T15:41:27","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T21:41:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=102192"},"modified":"2020-01-28T15:41:27","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T21:41:27","slug":"forever-21-podria-tener-ya-un-posible-comprador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/forever-21-podria-tener-ya-un-posible-comprador\/","title":{"rendered":"Forever 21 podr\u00eda tener ya un posible comprador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Simon Property Group ir\u00eda con Authentic Brands Group LLC por la compra y operaci\u00f3n de sus tiendas\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La propietaria de centros comerciales <strong>Simon Property Group<\/strong>, analiza la posibilidad de lanzar una oferta para comprar <strong>Forever 21<\/strong>, el retailer de ropa para adolescentes, que se declar\u00f3 en bancarrota hace unos meses por una fallida estrategia financiera.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con fuentes citadas por <em>Bloomberg<\/em>, SPG se aliar\u00eda con <strong>Authentic Brands Group LLC<\/strong> para comprar y operar las tiendas que la firma tuvo que cerrar por falta de liquidez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLas conversaciones contin\u00faan y no hay garant\u00eda de que las diferentes partes acuerden los t\u00e9rminos o que se produzca una venta\u00bb, reporta la agencia internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que Forever 21 analizaba vender una participaci\u00f3n a Simon Property Group y su otro arrendador m\u00e1s grande, <strong>Brookfield Property Partners LP<\/strong>, antes de declararse en quiebra en septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces, la cadena ha tenido problemas para recaudar dinero para salir de la bancarrota, con posibles prestamistas y compradores, a quienes no convencen las bajas ventas de la firma.<\/p>\n<p>Forever 21 se queda cada vez m\u00e1s sin tiempo ni recursos. El bajo repunte de sus ventas, as\u00ed como la presi\u00f3n de la familia Chang, su fundadora, de no querer soltar el control de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, han complicado las negociaciones, por lo que podr\u00edan acercarse peligrosamente a su liquidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La apuesta en M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En medio de la convulsi\u00f3n, Forever 21 sigue apostando por su presencia en el mercado latinoamericano, principalmente en <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> donde actualmente opera m\u00e1s de 30 tiendas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, el retailer californiano inform\u00f3 sus intenciones de seguir creciendo en el mercado mexicano, con la apertura de una nueva tienda en Sinaloa, como parte de la oferta comercial de la nueva <strong>Explanada Culiac\u00e1n<\/strong>, que desarrolla <strong>Grupo Gicsa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio de esta apertura sucede en un momento importante para la firma, \u00e1vida de financiamiento, luego de cerrar una de sus ubicaciones m\u00e1s importantes en la <strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, sobre la calle de <strong>Madero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Con informaci\u00f3n de
